Very old hotel with no updates, carpet floor with no vacuum and no housekeeping during the stay. None of the outlets on the wall worked and had to use the only one on the table. Bathroom door would not shut. Morning shower only had blaring hot temperature and would not cool down. Difficult to find room was never instructed it was on the 3rd floor which would have been nice to know with 3 little kids. Could not find parking and had to park across the road. No one came to get towels outside of room so they sat there for a day. Would never stay here again

Seaview

The location was great. We were close to the ocean and everything we wanted was within walking distance. The room however was horrible. The bathroom sink was for a litttle kid and all around the tub was rusty and paint was peeling. The beds were not horrible but I have slept in alot better in hotels. It doesent look like it has been updated since the 70s. We wanted maid service and were gone most of the day. They came to clean when we were back in the room changing in the late afternoon so we did not get maid service. There were 5 of us and we could hardly move the room was very small. Will probably not stay there again.

Plugged my phone charger in and the power went out first night! Took an hour to get back on Place is almost 400 a night you would expect to get a first class experience but definitely not Place hasnt been updated since it opened seems like. I would never bring my family there again! The pool was good!

Great for a family!

2 room suite was super clean and comfortable for 6 of us! 2 to each bed! Perfect walk distance to the Pier for us!
