We welcome you to enjoy our beautiful, spacious, and newly remodeled Portland home located in the heart of "close-in southeast." Situated in the Division/Clinton neighborhood, our home rests on a tree-lined residential street just a couple blocks from premium shopping and restaurants, and ten minutes from downtown Portland! Our expert design, thoughtful amenities, and unbeatable location will create the perfect backdrop for your Portland experience.

Outside
We have a large, fully-fenced backyard with a picnic table where guests and their furry friends are welcome to BBQ, play, and relax. The covered front porch is a great place for quiet evening conversations and enjoying the slow, steady rhythm of the neighborhood.

Common Spaces
-The living room is extremely comfortable with a large L-shaped couch and plenty of pillows and throws. The ROKU TV hides in a beautiful wooden cabinet. There's no cable TV, but you can use our Netflix or log into any of your streaming services.
-The dining room is uniquely designed, with gorgeous shelves holding toys and books that your party is invited to respectfully enjoy.
-The newly remodeled kitchen is well-appointed with a gas range, dishwasher, coffee & coffeemaker, and large refrigerator. We keep basic oil, spices, sugar, and some dried goods for guests' convenience. There are two grocery stores—New Seasons and People’s Co-op—within close walking distance.

Baths
-Both baths include shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, plenty of towels for your group, and other thoughtful amenities.
-The main floor bath is luxurious and charming with beautiful tile detail and a brand-new claw-foot tub.
-The lower floor bath has a stone tile standing shower with two shower heads.

Bedrooms
-The master bedroom is on the lower floor of the house. It includes a plush queen-sized bed with high end sleeping pillows and plenty of closet and dresser space. There's an oscillating fan and two space heaters for your comfort.
-The smaller/children's bedroom is also on the lower floor. It boasts both a twin-sized day bed and a twin-sized trundle bed. There's also a crib available for use in the room, an oscillating fan, and plenty of closet space.
-The main floor office includes a comfortable, twin-size pull out sofa bed and armoire. I's adjacent to the kitchen and the beautifully remodeled main floor bath. There's also a desk and comfortable chair for your convenience.

Laundry
The washer and dryer are located on the lower floor near the master bedroom. Instructions are included in the printed version of the house manual.

Other things to note
There are no animals living onsite, but animals do visit and are allowed inside. Our home is professionally cleaned, but due to the ubiquitous nature of animal hair, people with severe allergies should be aware.
