The staff was very professional and helpful. We were, however, disappointed when we arrived late after our event at the Keller Auditorium to discover that our soap, conditioner, hand, lotion, etc. bottles either were not working very well or were very low in contents. It was late enough that it did not seem worth our while to call down and have more brought up, so we just made do with what we had and what we had brought with us. The room was exquisitely clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved our view from the 15th floor and were very happy with every interaction we had with hotel staff. We swam in the swimming pool and enjoy the sauna and the hot tub, and overall had a truly lovely stay. We will definitely be there again!

Pool was small and overly crowded and dirty. Staff was horrible and would ignore you. Lounge was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves speak. Restaurant was overpriced and food and drinks were some of the worst I’ve had.

The only place to buy any water or snacks closes at 3 pm. Check in isn’t until 4. There are no convenience stores nearby. Room service charges $5 for delivery and 20% gratuity no matter the service. They never told us our room number or where the elevator was at check in. We had to ask. I dropped something and it rolled under the bathroom vanity and was dirty when I retrieved it.

The property was lovely, and the valet was fantastic. Our room was clean and spacious. We did not utilize the room service or the lobby restaurant. We did however, explore the rooftop patio and bar-the evening menu is super limited-that was a little disappointing. There is a little coffee shop in the lobby also-coffee was ok-and they weren't keen on taking cash, just card. We utilized the pool/sauna/steam room much later in the evening, and it was steadily becoming packed with families/kids so it was super loud. The sauna's light would turn off when we were inside, and we couldn't figure out how to get it back on (no light switch), but then it would turn back on randomly. The steam room was ok, but after observing parts of the wall lifting/warped, and really looking at the water-it could use a good updating/mold check. Front desk was so friendly, super kind, and we would probably stay again!

Really wish the sauna, and pool area could be open before 9am!! The gym is open but the spa area is always closed when I visit this location!~ When open, the pool, spa area is very nice to utilize. Shift the morning cleaning to a night cleaning so that hotel guests may utilize before 9am!!!!! Should be open by 5am.
