há algum tempo o Master Cidade Baixa vem perdendo a qualidade. A penúltima vez em que me hospedei quase não consegui tomar café da manhã pois não tinha lugar nas mesas, nem louças, nem café. Demora pra repor... E da última vez, estava frio e não tinha cobertas no quarto, nem o sobre lençol. nosso checkin foi tarde da noite, e o recepcionista comentou que o hotel estava lotado, mas acredito que isso não justifica o quarto não estar com os itens básicos de cama, pois um hotel assim deveria estar preparado pra altas demandas ainda mais se coloca quartos como disponíveis nas plataformas de reserva de hospedagem. no saguão do hotel não é oferecido nem uma água para os clientes.... Acho que o valor da hospedagem não condiz com as comodidades se comparar a outros hotéis em poa na mesma faixa de valores. O que me faz retornar ao hotel é apenas a localização mesmo já que na Cidade Baixa não existem outros hotéis. Como ponto a favor, destaco os funcionários da recepção. Todos sempre muito simpáticos e prestativos.

Já fiquei no Master Cidade Baixa várias vezes e no geral gosto muito do hotel, sobretudo pela localização. Cidade Baixa é um ótimo bairro. Porém dessa última vez achei que o café da manhã estava muito abaixo do esperado. O hotel estava cheio e com isso faltou a maioria dos itens, o que fez vários hóspedes ficarem aguardando reposições de itens básicos que quase não foram repostos. A culpa não é dos funcionários da copa, que certamente estavam trabalhando incessantemente pra suprir. Mas o hotel deveria se preparar melhor conforme a demanda. Em dias de muitos hóspedes o recomendável é que se contrate funcionários extras e reforce o estoque de itens do café tbm.

Quando cheguei no quarto havia um bilhete de banheiro interditado, chamei o pessoal da recepção q foi super prestativo, o banheiro já tinha sido arrumado porém estava sujo, logo depois abri a geladeira onde para minha surpresa haviam 3 pratos sujos. Experiência péssima. Me trocaram de quarto. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar.
