The hotel is under construction (July 2018) and there is noise related in the morning. Usually this is a good hotel in a very good location, but I'd recommend waiting until they're done with remodeling.

Not a good place to stay

Hotel is very old. Just one person to check in and check out what makes the time to service too long. I lost $38.00 because I decided not stay in the hotel and this values was not refundable.

Não vale o valor que paguei (quase 300 a diária, incluído o estacionamento). O café da manhã é horrível, tando na variedade pequena, quanto na apresentação (de frutas, só tinha duas, e jogadas numa travessa ) e qualidade (o omelete tinha cheiro de ovo podre, e os pães e o único bolo (picado) eram de 1 ou 2 dias atrás, duros). O atendimento e limpeza do quarto ok. Mas o quarto era barulhento (208) , tanto de carros da rua quanto de pratos sendo lavados na cozinha, de madrugada. Na entrada do banheiro tem um friso com parafusos se soltando, bom para machucar o pé. Não tem duchinha higiênica. Por fim, o acesso ao estacionamento no subsolo é feito por escadas, sem ajuda da equipe. Enfim, vale menos da metade do valor que estão cobrando.

Um dos piores hotéis que já me hospedei, se não o pior. Atendentes da recepção mal educados e grosseiros, principalmente um senhor que ali atende. Na chegada não nos informaram sobre a cobrança de estacionamento, que é péssimo, num lugar horrível, num subsolo que chega a dar medo. Os quartos são velhos e sujos e não há arrumação para menos de 7 diárias. Por fim, o café da manhã: sofrível. Os pães são tão velhos que devem seguir a lógica da arrumação dos quartos, ou seja, são trocados 1x por semana. Não recomendo nem para um inimigo.

Não ter secador de cabelo no quarto para mim foi o ponto péssimo da estadia, imaginei que então era apenas solicitar na recepção e levar para o quarto, mas não, tivemos que descer e secar o cabelo no banheiro da recepção pois tem UM secador no hotel e o mesmo está preso na parede do banheiro de uso coletivo na recepção do hotel. Eu já tinha me hospedado no Master da Alberto Bins que é maravilhoso, mas esse da cidade baixa é incomparável, nem água tinha no frigobar do quarto.

São anos que fico nesse hotel, e apesar dos investimentos feitos o gerenciamento da rede fez com que a qualidade venha caindo muito. Sistemas de samphoos e sabonetes compartilhados com hóspedes anteriores podem ser extremamente perigosos. Café da manhã, se vê a decadência até nos talheres.

Hotel muito bom!!!

Passamos uma noite no hotel porque tínhamos um compromisso em Porto Alegre, mas ficamos muito satisfeitos com o hotel. É limpo, o atendimento é muito bom, o café da manhã é simples mas gostoso. As tias da cozinha são muito queridas e atenciosas. ùnicos 2 pontos: a garagem é muito apertada e não tem secador de cabelos no quarto, no mais, tudo perfeito! Ah, e a localização é muito boa e tem vários restaurantes na rua do hotel. O pessoal do hotel nos indicou o Cotiporã e amamos!!!!
