It was a short business visit but the hotel is nice and conveniently located near the airport. The included breakfast spread was really good and varied. Wish I had more time to explore the facilities and use the services. Overall a really good stay

I always stay at Novotel whenever I'm flying from/to Porto Alegre and I'm never disappointed. The staff is really polite and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, the shower is very good. I also like their breakfast, but the hot foods are limited (and they serve wieners instead of sausage, a bit weird). But I love to stay there for a recharge before/after a long flight.
