Beautiful house of 03 large rooms, 180 m, located On the last street that divides the beautiful half beach of the neighborhood of Itapema with the city of Porto Belo, a few meters from several beaches, including A DO Perequê, access a few meters from the exit for boats and jets across the perequê River, close to the Meia Praia promenade, a few km from Bombinhas beach, one of the most beautiful in the country, approx .. 800 m from the sea, 50 m from Rio da Vovô, at R: Beija flor, furnished house with good infrastructure, my residence, where I intend to rent only during this period of Christmas and New Year. The house has 4 rooms, but I close my suite, leaving 3 more spacious rooms, plus 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, containing two double beds, 3 single beds, plus 2 mattresses and plenty of space. garage for 2 cars, or 1 truck and 1 covered motorcycle, barbecue, new kitchen, plasma TV, free wi-fi, netflix, two sofas, two tables, with benches, stools and chairs, refrigerator with freezer, oven, all kitchen utensils, pet accepted, do not tolerate noise, more beach is for fun, with joy, spend your end of the year in comfort, living happy days.
