The variety of options was very impressive. Everything I ate was delicious, and the property itself is gorgeous to start with and very well maintained. The staff was helpful, and the location just a few blocks from the Marques station was ideal. The room I was in had an expansive view of Porto, and I hope to return for a visit, as I had booked too few nights to really see and enjoy the city.

Room was beautiful! Staff was lovely! Breakfast was very nice, lots of option and an amazing room. The onsite restaurant seemed good and they accommodated us inspite of having an event but the next day they couldn’t serve us due to staff shortage. Unfortunate. The only downside is there is no elevator and no bellman so dragging bags up several flights of stairs was not fun. On the way out one of the staff helped out which was appreciated! We would come back and ask for a ground floor or lower room.

Porto Gem

Best hotel experience in a long time. A unique property that includes a beautiful home inside. You have to see it to believe it! Staff were incredible! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Rooms were large and clean. Morning breakfast and evening bar were perfect. Great location within walking distance to everything. Don’t give out 5 stars very often but this one deserves it! Highly recommended!
