Hotel was easy to find Hotel has no lift and lots of very steep stairs Radiator was off at night Blackout shutters would not close No internet TV was not working Phone to reception did not work Door handle stopped working so we're trapped in room and had to bang on door until staff came to open as called but phone line not in service Told cable had been cut next door but yet they still advertise facilities
