Inside, you’ll find a cozy double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, and a dining table that's perfect for enjoying meals together.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes all the essential cookware, utensils, an electric hob, and a coffee machine, making it easy to whip up your favourite dishes.

Flooded with natural light, the studio has a bright, airy feel that creates a relaxing and welcoming environment.

The bathroom comes stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

Professionally cleaned for your comfort, the studio is located on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A mix of commercial and residential buildings dates back to the 18th Century. Cedofeita literally means "Early Made", one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Porto; It is the art district known for its art galleries and traditional stores. Also, Clérigos is home to the tallest bell tower in Clérigos (Torre dos Clérigos) and the famous Baroque-styled Clérigos Cathedral (Igreja dos Clérigos)

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, S. Bento, is just a 12-minute walk.

The Sá Carneiro airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

GuestReady - Cedofeita Collection Studio 2 offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
