The living space features a comfortable sitting area, including a double couch bed, with a TV for relaxing evenings and air conditioning. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.

The bedroom is beautifully decorated, and it includes a comfortable queen bed and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Situated slightly east of Porto’s historic core, this area offers a fascinating blend of tradition and modern life, making it an intriguing spot for curious travellers. The streets are lined with classic Portuguese architecture, punctuated by local shops and traditional eateries where the scent of home-cooked meals wafts through the air. Its location provides easy access to significant cultural sites, including museums and monuments that reveal Porto’s rich past and resilient spirit.

For those eager to explore beyond the typical tourist trail, this neighbourhood rewards visitors with authentic glimpses of daily life. Here, locals chat in small cafés, markets buzz with fresh produce, and unexpected street art adds colour to quiet corners. It’s an excellent starting point for discovering Porto’s lesser-known treasures while remaining close to the energy and beauty that define the city.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Heroísmo, is just a 1-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
