Welcome to my home!

Access to the apartment involves a flight of steep stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Our apartment is located in Porto, 200 m from Palacio da Bolsa and Ferreira Borges Market, and within walking distance to many more attractions!

The accommodation has a cosy dining area and seating area with a flat-screen TV.

There is also a kitchenette, equipped with an oven, a microwave, a kettle and other essential kitchen ustensils.

The bathroom is arranged across two separate spaces for convenience. One room contains the toilet and a compact sink, while the shower is located in an adjacent room with a larger sink and mirror.

The bedroom features a charming, low ceiling, which adds character to the space and creates a cosy atmosphere. The room comes with a double bed and is fitted with fresh linen.

Feel free to make use of our cleaning equipment, such as the ironing equipment, washing machine, etc.

Please note that there is no elevator in this building.

RVA São João Novois located in the historic center, meaning what was the city within the old city walls. That means that the biggest assets of this World Heritage Center are at a very short distance, from Dom Luis bridge in Ribeira to the Cathedral or São Bento train station.

My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation.

The apartment is 1 km from the centre of Porto. The closest airport is Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport. And with São Bento Train Station at only 1 km away, my apartment is perfect for your stay.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
