This delightful 80 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city. It is located on the 5th floor and has lift access. There is a parking spot available in the building's garage.

The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city and a dining table.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There is also a little sunroom with a washing machine.

The master bedroom is a suite that includes a king-size bed, multiple storage spaces and a TV. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up.

The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a large wardrobe to save your belongings.

There is another bathroom that features clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Guests can also enjoy the lovely balcony, which provides fresh air and sunlight.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Boavista, a bustling district in Porto, Portugal, is known for its beautiful vibe and cultural landmarks. The area is home to the iconic Casa da Música, an architectural marvel and one of the city's premier venues for concerts and performances. Nearby, the expansive Boavista Avenue, one of Porto's main thoroughfares, is lined with shops, cafes, and restaurants, offering a vibrant atmosphere and plenty of opportunities for shopping and dining.

In addition to its cultural offerings, Boavista provides easy access to several green spaces, including the serene gardens of the Serralves Foundation, which also houses a contemporary art museum. The district's location makes it a convenient base for exploring Porto, with good public transport links connecting visitors to other key city areas, such as the historic Ribeira district and the scenic Douro Riverfront.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Casa da Música, is just a 6-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
