The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There is also a little sunroom with a washing machine.
The master bedroom is a suite that includes a king-size bed, multiple storage spaces and a TV. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up.
The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a large wardrobe to save your belongings.
There is another bathroom that features clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
Guests can also enjoy the lovely balcony, which provides fresh air and sunlight.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

In addition to its cultural offerings, Boavista provides easy access to several green spaces, including the serene gardens of the Serralves Foundation, which also houses a contemporary art museum. The district's location makes it a convenient base for exploring Porto, with good public transport links connecting visitors to other key city areas, such as the historic Ribeira district and the scenic Douro Riverfront.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
