The living space features a comfortable sitting area, including a single couch bed, with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.

The bedroom is beautifully decorated, and it includes a comfortable double bed and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 2nd floor and the building has elevator.

Rua de Brito Capelo is one of the most dynamic streets in Matosinhos. Traditional shops and family-run businesses blend effortlessly with modern cafés, creative studios, and urban charm. The street is pedestrian-friendly and full of life, offering a mix of local flavour and contemporary energy. With the metro line running through it, it’s a lively passage that reflects the town's rhythm.

This area is ideal for those who want to experience the everyday life of Matosinhos while staying close to the sea and the city of Porto. Within walking distance, visitors can discover local markets and museums and even reach the coastline for a relaxing afternoon by the beach. It's a perfect setting for anyone looking to enjoy a more authentic, lived-in side of the greater Porto area.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest subway station, Matosinhos Sul, is just a 3-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
