The shuttle service was a great nice to have and the member of staff Marcus was great. Staff on reception were very helpful and the hotel staff kept the bedroom clean everyday. Location is a good. A 15-20 min walk into town. Would recommend

Inside the building everything was great. A welcome port drink and a bowl of fresh fruit in our room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was in the middle of Porto so we just used Uber to get around.

Staff were very friendly. Even though i was at the qrong meating point when i git off at the airport were very understanding and when i checked out put my food in the fridge so i could take it home later on. Shower was either blazing hot or freezing. Only complaint but other than that it was a perfect stay. Breakfast was very reasonable too. As long as you are fit enough its also a single road to get into the centre of the city

5mins walk to the metro, which is 3 stops into the city. The area is clearly not the fanciest compared to parts of the center however it felt safe walking alone at night. A good variety of places to eat close by if you dont want to travel

Hotel Jaguar was a great place to stay during our 2-night visit to Porto. On the outskirts of the main tourist area, it offers excellent value. The room was very clean and comfortable (although on the smaller side for North American "standards" - just to keep in mind), the staff and service were excellent, and the transfer service to the airport and city center are a great plus. If you're looking to save a few $ and stay a bit further out of the city center (although easily walkable and also public transportation nearby), I would absolutely recommend! The welcome drink and plate of fruit + snack are also a nice additional touch :)
