Quartos limpos, confortaveis. Cafe da manha muito gostoso, com varias opcoes. Atendentes muito simpaticos. Boa localizacao. Só em relacao ao quarto, que havia sido informado serem 4 camas, mas duas eram sofa cama. Embora sejam adolescentes nao havia tanti conforto.

We loved the location, the view from the breakfast lounge, lots of space for the 4 of us in the 2 bedroom superior suite with closets big enough for our clothes. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The staffs were great and always happy to help. We also had daily cleaning. We wished they have coded or swipe locks instead of actual key. They only gave us one key which was so inconvenient for us since we had different plans at night. The lock is also difficult to open from outside and inside. You need the key to open the lock from the inside too which is weird and may be a hazard during an emergency. There is only 1 bathroom so we had to go to the 5th floor restroom when our bathroom was occupied. Breakfast was good but were the same everyday (scrambled eggs, sausage, breads, croissant, fruits) during our 5 day stay. We wished they change every other day.

The suite was a two bedroom very nice with maid service The front desk was very efficient on check-in and very helpful for telling us how to get around Uber was only 4 to 6 euros downtown and was very efficient

We thought Hotel Spot Family Suites were fantastic. We stayed in a Superior Master Suite which had two bedrooms, which we asked to be set up as a double and a twin room. You also get a lovely large lounge/kitchen area, which could also sleep 2 extra people on the sofa bed. This was a perfect set up for our family of 4. Shower room was spacious and the whole place was immaculate and kept very clean. House keeping did an excellent job each day as well. It's also in an great area, right in the hustle and bustle but also tucked away off the main road so quiet at night. So convenient for Bolhao Market, less than 5 minutes away to get loads of lovely food and drink. Chapel of Souls and Cafe Majestic/Rue da Santa Caterina within very easy walking distance as well. Sooo many cafes/bars/restaurants locally as well, you're spoilt for choice. If you like steak and fish, we would recommend Vaccarum literally 4 mins from the front door. Reception even organised a transfer from the airport to the hotel on our arrival, but you can easily get the Metro to and from Trindade train station as well for 2.25 euros for a single! Can't recommend this hotel (and Porto) enough. Thank you!
