The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining table. The fully fitted bathroom includes all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay. For added comfort, the apartment features air conditioning, a washing machine and tumble dryer, a dishwasher, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Enjoy a memorable stay!
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire flat, including the two bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the full bathroom, the balcony, the laundry room and the dining area. You can also make use of the workspace and the outdoor area.
The Neighborhood:
Discover the vibrant Vila Nova de Gaia, home to our cosy apartment. Just a short walk away is the iconic Jardim do Morro, the perfect spot to enjoy the famous sunset. Just a 5-minute walk away, Jardim do Morro metro station (yellow line) makes it easy to explore the city. Explore the famous Port Wine Cellars, such as Casa Ferreirinha, Sandeman, Cálem, Graham’s and Quinta do Noval, all within easy reach. Enjoy relaxing strolls along the riverside/seaside promenade, which leads you to the beaches. For a complete experience, visit the WOW Multi-Experience Centre. The area offers supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafés just a few minutes away, ensuring a convenient and memorable stay.
Important note: There are ongoing works near the apartment, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we adhere to a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests' expectations are properly managed. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!
Getting Around:
For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (please contact us for prices). The property is well connected by public transport. Explore the nearby bus and underground options to get around the city and its surroundings.
Other Things to Note:
The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow entry of a staff member to inspect the property, providing monthly visits for this purpose.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.
If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to inquiry). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, a fee of 40€ will apply after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be subject to inquiry.
For reservations of 28 nights or longer, there is a limit for expenses on water, electricity, and the internet/television package, amounting to 190€. If this limit is exceeded, the extra amount will be paid by the guest.

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon inquiry).
In order to make Vila Nova de Gaia more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €2,5 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 16 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
