The Neighborhood:

Located on Rua do Paraíso, you'll be close to the imposing Igreja da Lapa, where you can find the heart of D. Pedro IV in Portugal/D. Pedro I in Brazil. You may also be lucky enough to attend a concert by the Lapa Church's Great Pipe Organ.

Less than 200 meters away you'll find the Faria Guimarães metro station, which will give you quick access to all of Porto's public transport. Less than 900 meters away on foot, you'll find yourself in the city center, on the emblematic Avenida dos Aliados or the famous Rua Santa Catarina. Don't forget to stop by Ribeira to enjoy the view of the River Douro and the Gaia pier. In the vicinity of the apartment, you'll find cafés, restaurants and stores.

Within 7 km you can also visit our beaches or take a stroll along the seafront at Foz do Douro.

Keys are collected at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to inspect the property, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 on the cost of water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! You just have to ask (consult us for the price)
