The Space:

The studio features a comfortable double bed, ideal for couples or solo travellers. The living area, with an inviting sofa and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. Free Wi-Fi ensures you stay connected. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine, providing all the amenities for a longer stay. The full bathroom has everything you need. Enjoy the balcony, a lovely spot to watch the city go by and soak up the vibrant energy of Porto.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire flat, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and balcony. Enjoy all the amenities, such as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Porto’s city centre, the flat offers easy access to everything the city has to offer. Just a short walk away is the iconic Avenida dos Aliados, with its impressive architecture. A short walk takes you to Ribeira, with its riverside restaurants and bars. Rua de Santa Catarina, the city’s shopping centre, is just a 10-minute walk away, where you’ll find a wide variety of shops. For art lovers, Rua de Miguel Bombarda, with its galleries, is just a short distance away. Explore the city on foot and discover the charms of Porto!



Getting Around:

For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on application). Furthermore, the flat is well connected to the city’s public transport network.



Other Things to Note:

The key collection is done at our Welcome Center - Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!



There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



In case you lose the key, a fee will be applied (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, a fee of 40€ will apply after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If these costs exceed this amount, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a staff member to inspect the property, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation).
