The room was very good size with a lot of light. The bathroom was small but had a great shower. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is construction next to the hotel but it didn’t cause any issues during our nine day stay. We had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about the One Shot hotel in Porto was fantastic. From beginning to end the front desk staff was so helpfull. The rooms were spotless and our wrap around veranda was stunning. I’m already excited to go back

Great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great in the mornings. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the roof terrace do to weather but looks wonderful. Right in the middle of everything. Construction going on, but really did not impact our trip.

Excellent location and nice hotel, walking distance to a number of 'must see' and great restaurants. We had been advised of the construction of a new metro line around the hotel when we initially booked back February, but never provided with updates on the delays in completion or that we would be surrounded by construction and dust. We were never informed of the construction on the building across the narrow street, and the potential of being assigned a room (which we were) that we could not open our shutters without workmen doing their job 12 ft away, let alone open the balcony doors. This was disappointing since we had paid for a room with windows/balcony on 2 sides. Also note that the hotel does not have a bar or offer bathrobes, as listed.

I loved the vibe of the hotel and the location. Breakfast was amazing. The rooms - especially the showers were wonderful. There is some construction outside the hotel but it's Porto so that's to be expected. Staff was very nice and helpful! Will be back next year.

Amazing quaint designer hotel

It was a really amazing property. Really well situated, well designed interiors, beautiful view over the plaza below (although railway works are underway this couldn’t be heard and eventually they’ll be done, friendly and helpful service. Truly outstanding experience, thanks Hotel One Shot!

The location of this hotel is amazing - walking distance to everything! Unfortunately, beyond the hotels control, there was a lot of construction going on very near the hotel - well we could hear it sometimes it wasn’t that bad. The staff were very helpful and accompanied any request or question.Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Room was great - although closet area could be improved for greater organization for hanging and storage clothing and suitcases. We had a great visit!

Suberbe hôtel, je le recommande fortement.

Un superbe séjour mère fille à Porto. Le personnel de l'hôtel était accueillant, sympathique et très attentionné. La chambre était-il moderne et propre et les lits très confortables. Avec la canicule, l'air climatisé a ajouté une touche de confort à notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner (optionnel $) était varié et délicieux. Pain, oeufs, fromage, viandes, fruits frais, céréales, croissants, muffins, etc. Tout était frais et le personnel du buffet était, lui aussi, tout aussi sympathique. Le seul bémol, ce sont les travaux d'agrandissement du métro à proximité de l'hôtel. Sinon, tout était parfait !

Great small boutique hotel with a very helpful staff. The alley way it's on is nice, but a little tricky for vehicles to pull up and unload your bags. It's possible, but you may hold up other traffic trying to come down that road. Will at the front desk was a great and friendly help!

We had a lovely 3 nights here, staff was wonderful and the room was beautiful and clean. There is road work being done outside the building so there is some noise, but with the windows closed it wasn’t too bothersome.

Great hotel in super central historic area; very close to Sao Bento train & Metro station, & cathedral. Easy walk to the waterfront via Rua das Flores. My single room was very pleasant, modern, clean. Staff was very helpful with maps and directions. I would stay here again.
