Very convenient location. Hotel is well laid out and stylish in both lobby and rooms. Both were also spotlessly clean. Staff were excellent, especially the reception staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location! Literally across the street from the train station. And 3 minutes from the bus station. I didn’t realize it was so close!! Easy walking distance to all the main attractions in Porto. Cool design of the building & rooms. Staff very nice & helpful. My room was quiet which was great. And even though it’s an “inside” room I did get natural outdoor light from the window which was also a nice surprise! I’d stay again. Good lighting options by the bed. Plenty of outlets. Fast, almost instant hot water for shower. Thanks, I’d come back for sure!

The staff was very friendly and helpful in every way (I rated excellent). The location was also excellent. The only 2 things were the limited drawers for clothing and putting things away. There was only a desk (with no drawer). The other thing was the noise from the street. I believe one of the descriptions on the property was sound proofed room; however, I could hear clearly of people talk and sing on the street. If you can sleep with any noise and do not mind not having storage space, this is a very good hotel to stay at.

The room was very small and the shower did not work. The hotel offered no solution to fix it before we left and no compassion or compensation for the fact we had to travel without a shower. I would not consider this to be a four star hotel and would not stay again.

Beautiful modern hotel located centrally. You can walk about 10 minutes to all the wonderful sights. Friendly staff and modern upscale rooms - ours was on the top floor with a great view. Short walk to the river and to pick up natas or bifanas. Definitely recommend this hotel for a few days in Porto.
