Excellent breakfast. Good food and plenty of choice. The staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble; so helpful. Only one complaint… no kettle in the room in order to make a cup of tea and very unusually, no room service available.

This is a beautiful hotel but a little far from the city centre by walking. I’d have given more stars but the entire stay there my wifi didn’t work and I had to spend so much money on mobile data esims. It was quite disappointing but otherwise everything else was great.

Very nice, new and modern hotel. It is close to a large and modern shopping center and within walking distance (about 15 min walk) to the metro. Great breakfast and nice staff.

There water pressure requires attention. Sometimes we could not flush the toilet. The breakfast buffet had a variety of foods, however the hot food was barely warm.

A excellent stay in Porto

Stayed along with friends, who came in separate cars, finding the hotel on two different sat-navs was extremely difficult, had to revert to Google maps. The information of the hotels location from the centre of the city, stated "3 minute drive" that would have been at midnight & driving at 100k/hr. Saying all that, the hotel & staff are both excellent, spacious clean room, excellent breakfast, we also had dinner in the hotel, which was also excellent & reasonably priced. The hotel is in a quiet location, with the metro 10 minutes walk & a bus stop 5 minutes away. Both journeys taking about 25 minutes.

Several of the staff were very friendly and helpful. One young lady at reception even remembered my first name the day after checking in. The gentlemen working at reception and at the restaurant were also very pleasant and helpful. The initial person who checked us in wasn’t very pleasant and one lady working in the restaurant seating people was not cooperative or pleasant. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff at breakfast were very attentive.

Brand new designer hotel, with a very ‘woody’ theme. It’s all very stylish, and quite different. Staff were excellent, friendly reception, great barman, and helpful breakfast staff. The rooms are spacious with really comfortable beds, and super bathrooms. The included breakfast was very good, with a huge selection of hot and cold options, plus an amazing selection of pastries. The only change I would make is to change the light levels at night to make the bar area more inviting. Location wise it’s close to a tram stop, but Ubers are only €5 to the city centre ( €12 from the airport). It’s a quiet business/residential neighbourhood, close to the FC Porto stadium, but there is an area 5 minutes walk away with several cafes and restaurants, which were all very nice around the Jardim Doutor Francisco Sá Carneiro.

I gave it a total of 3 stars. The property is new, looks beautiful and modern. As for it being new, I understood how our room was without a fridge. The 3 stars come from how we would ask the front desk staff for an additional towel for our child who was with us or a sheet and pillow for the pull out bed for our child to which the front desk staff would say “oh it’s late, housekeeping went home.” Or “we will try informing housekeeping.” But no actions were actually taken. I had to take initiative to look for a housekeeping personnel to provide me with the said essentials. The booking by the way is for 2 adults and one child of 6. The restaurant staff are the best though. They were pleasant, hospitable and made our stay great! My husband would never fail to say after breakfast that he the restaurant staff needs to be commended for how they do their work!

On the positive. The hotel is new and clean. The breakfast staff were amazing especially Alanis. The bad outweighed the good. No possibility of early checkin no safe in room no minibar in room no iron ever available front office staff moderatley polite. Need to improve customer service and friendliness
