Ótima casa, muita nova, em perfeitas condições de uso. as descrições batem perfeitamente com as fotos. A localização é ótima, o condomínio é muito seguro e limpo com uma vista excelente para o rio. O proprietário Sr. Fabrício, uma pessoa muito educada. Fomos recebidos muito bem pelo Sr. Amarildo que nos deu toda atenção sempre que precisamos de algo. Ficamos muito satisfeito mesmo pela estadia. Obrigado!!!
