All with this property goes terrible! Cleaning, staff, breakfast, pool, terrible beds, nos bed sheets, no food pillows, nobody cares for the passengers staying there… they sales the property as 3* but in the real world is a 1*… I didn't get relocation, and I expect at least a refund of part of my money by Expedia side. I paid for a 3-star hotel and received 1-star services. As a travel agent, it's a disgrace. I would never sell something like this to my clients.

O hotel é bem localizado, funcionários da recepção educados, os da cozinha durante o dia são mal humorados, servem como se sentisse obrigados, sendo que é da função deles servir. Recomendo mudar o horário do café da manhã, pois eu estava a trabalho e não pude consumir o café da manhã, era servido as 07h e eu saía às 06h, pedi para abrir uma exceção e fui mal atendida. Sobre os quartos, são ótimos e confortáveis, mas tem muita mosquinha de banheiro, e o ar condicionado do quarto que eu estava, ficava praticamente em cima de mim. No último dia, consegui tomar café da manhã e notei que não tem opções para pessoas com intolerância a lactose e a glúten, não tem opção vegana. Pedi para fazer uma tapioca não podia, pedi ovo frito, pois os que estavam disponíveis estava banhado em óleo, não podia. Pão de queijo duro, pouca fruta.

Quanto com bom espaço e bem limpo, mal atendimento da recepção e da moça que cuida do café da manhã muito desagradável e mal humorada café muito fraco e sem variedades e não servem suco de laranja e eles não conseguem te dar nenhuma orientação de lugares pra ir tivemos problemas com o rapaz que te oferece serviços de passeios com pouca informação eu nuca dei avaliação riim de hotel de vários estados que visitei porem esse deixou a desejar

Faltou libera o uso da caixa de som durante o dia .. as músicas que passa na caixa do ambiente não são cabíveis a área da pncina ..não tinha ninguém e a recepção mandou desliga a caixa que estava baixa ..não entendi .. terceira vez ... Se não melhorar..acho que não voltarei nesse hotel mais ..se não tiver melhorias..

Café da manhã bem preparado. Limpeza pecou na troca de toalhas de rosto, nenhum dia deixaram elas a disposição. Além disto ocorreu um incidente em que 5hrs da manhã se iniciou uma festa na piscina e terminou quase 8hrs.

Hotel muito bom, otimo atendimento e conseguimos fazer check antecipado sem pagar nada a mais por isso. Quarto bem espaçoso, cama muito boa. Cafe da manha bem variado. Mas o banheiro deixou a desejar, um pouco apertado, visto o tamanho do quarto. Tivemos um problema de entupimento no ralo do banheiro, que foi resolvido sem nenhum problema, e tambem ficamos sem luz no ultimo dia, mas tambem nao atrapalhou pq ja estavamos de saida... No geral um bom custo x beneficio.

Lugar muito bonito e aconchegante, cheio de área verde. Café da manhã excelente funcionários educados (em exceto por 1 atendente do bar ) e serviço de limpeza ótimo.
