Às instalações do hotel são antigas, merecendo uma melhor manutenção, café bom, atendimento normal sem pressa, o banheiro com vazo vê pia manchados e desgastados, meu apto ficou em frente a piscina com barulho de crianças nadando. Hotel básico .

Cheguei de madrugada a recepção funciona 24h check in foi rápido,quarto estava limpo e com tudo funcionando perfeitamente ar,frigobar,chuveiro.Cafe simples mais satisfatório.A piscina maravilhosa,sauna e área externa mto boa Tivemos um problema na fechadura da porta q foi resolvido na hora Perto do centro e de tudo,padaria perto,farmácia,mercado e tudo q precisei Achei o povo de Porto Seguro muito sério e pouco receptivo entretanto os funcionários da pousada foram simpáticos e cordiais a todo momento!

Estadia razoável.

Estadia escura, mal cuidada. No quarto, que tem um bom tamanho, precisa de luz no teto e de preferencia as luzes das cabeceiras, de uma lâmpada mais quente. A cama não é confortável. A tv só tem canais abertos e a transmissão é bem ruim. Banheiro sem boxe, papel higiênico muito áspero, não tem secador de cabelo. Chuveiro bom. Tem frigobar e uma varanda. Não posso falar de café e piscina, pois não utilizei.

Excelente custo beneficio

Ficamos hospedados por 4 dias. No nosso quarto a sacada dava p um pequeno gramado e o muro, mas como a maior parte do dia ficamos na rua isso não foi problema. No quarto a mobília de madeira escura, o piso em ceramica e o forro de madeira no banheiro davam um ar rustico aos ambientes. A parte da frente do hotel que dá para a avenida e para a piscina parecem reformados e devem ter os quartos mais modernos. O café da manhã era muito gostoso e variado, os funcionários atenciosos e solícitos. A piscina estava sempre limpa, assim como toda area de convivência do hotel. A limpeza e a organização dos espaços foi o que mais nos surpreendeu, todos os dias as colaboradoras realizaram a limpeza do quarto. Quando chegávamos da praia o quarto e o banheiro cheiravam limpeza. A localização é otima e tem tudo perto. O hotel superou nossas expectativas, foi uma otima escolha pelo custo x beneficio e voltariamos com certeza.

Para o que oferece o valor deveria ser menor.

As duas diárias que ficamos não foi feito limpeza no quarto, as toalhas estavam manchadas e ragasda, e perto do frigobar tinha bastante formiga.
