The house is only about 235m away from a sandy beach. It is situated on a big garden , about 6300qm.

800 qm of this garden are for the holidays house. the garden is quite sunny. Outside on the terrasse is a table for 6 persons.
2 sleeping rooms with double bed, 1 sleeping rooms with 2 single beds in the living room there is a TV and the stereo.
the center of Porto Vecchio is only in a distance of about 3 km and the first supermarkets are in a distance of about 900m.
Down on the beach is a sailing school where you rent material or really learn .
In winter time you can use the furnace in the living rooms. in all other rooms there is a heating.normaly even in November and december you can eat outside


beach: you can reach the beach by a little way without cars only for pedestrians.
out of the main saison there are nearly no persons on the beach and the water is really clear. You can see fishes...
After this beach you have some ather little beaches , that you can reach by feet.
Depending of the sea, you can go there on the beach or in the water.

Nice House and Pool. Owners are nice. Surrounded by noisy camper, bad ant problem, far out of town

House and pool really nice as was owners. But garden had real ant problem, with soft ground infested in nests so could not use without getting bitten. Owners tried to sort but little impact, needed professional help. Surrounding area is noisy campsites and property a little far out of town with no pavements so had to drive everywhere. Overpriced for where it was located.

Beautiful place to be

an idyllic holiday home with a large fenced property, ideal with dogs or small children. The house is very nice and clean. The landlord speaks fluent German and took a lot of time to give tips for the stay. Super friendly.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Mit allem rundum zufrieden! Durch den schönen Garten absolute PrivatsphĂ€re und ausreichend Schatten. FußlĂ€ufig zum Strand (nicht der schönste aber immerhin) und mit dem Auto innerhalb weniger Minuten an beliebten Ausflugszielen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Super séjour

Super sĂ©jour pour dĂ©couvrir Porto Vecchio et ses environs avec nos deux enfants de 12 et 9 ans, la maison est bien placĂ©e, au calme, dans un havre de paix et c’est agrĂ©able, avec la piscine qui est un vĂ©ritable atout avec deux jeunes enfants. Le propriĂ©taire est lĂ  pour nous accueillir et tres gentil, l’échange s’est trĂšs bien passĂ©.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren zu sechst im Ferienhaus von Familie Castelli zu Besuch, zwei Paare und unsere erwachsenen Töchter sowie unser Hund. Der Platz war mehr als ausreichend. Das Haus ist gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben die tolle Lounge, die Gartenanlage und den beheizten Pool sehr genossen. Auch an den wenigen Regentagen kam Dank des gemĂŒtlichen Wohnzimmers und dem gut sortierten BĂŒcherregal in deutscher Sprache keine Langeweile auf. Familie Castelli war immer ansprechbar, ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die VerstĂ€ndigung fĂŒr uns als ausgesprochene Korsikafans, die aber leider kein korsisch oder französisch sprechen, klappte hervorragend, da die Familie sehr gut deutsch spricht. Das fing schon bei der Anreise an und setzte sich ĂŒber Ausflugstipps, die wir bekommen haben und Hilfestellung bei Problemen fort. Wir wurden wĂ€hrend unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr gut betreut. Der Weg zur kleinen Bucht war fĂŒr die tĂ€glichen GassigĂ€nge mit unserem Hund ideal und innerhalb kĂŒrzester Zeit haben wir mit dem Auto tolle Spazier- und Wanderwege erreicht. Auch die schönsten StrĂ€nde Korsikas konnten wir in kurzer Zeit erreichen und hatten sie um diese Jahreszeit (Mitte bis Ende Mai) fast fĂŒr uns alleine. Es war unser erster Korsikaurlaub im Mai. Vom Duft der Macchia in dieser Zeit hatten wir viel gelesen, aber nicht erwartet, dass es so intensiv duftet. Wir denken gerne an diesen tollen Aufenthalt zurĂŒck und werden gerne nochmal wieder kommen.

Haus im Paradies mit herzlichem Empfang, absolut zu empfehlen .

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub im Casa -Litarriccia verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderbar ausgestattet , sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies, traumhaft angelegt, mit großer Terrasse und privatem beheiztem Pool. Sogar die Zitronen konnten wir im Garten ernten . Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefĂŒhlt. Der Kontakt und die VerstĂ€ndigung mit den EigentĂŒmern war Dank der Zweisprachigkeit und der Herzlichkeit der EigentĂŒmer ganz einfach und wir haben eine Menge Tipps zu AusflĂŒgen und Restaurants direkt bei der Anreise erhalten. Auch die Abreise war herzlich, wir wĂ€ren so gerne noch geblieben. Aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Ach ja, und die Betten sind superbequem!

Schöne Unterkunft mit Abstrichen.

Was sehr schön war, war der Außenbereich des Objektes, das Holzdeck, der Pool (gestört hat jedoch die laute Pumpe des Pools) die Terrasse. Innen war das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man vor allem an der KĂŒche merkte, aber es hat alles funktioniert. Schlafen konnte man auch gut, es war sehr still und die Betten bequem. Ein Strand war fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar, doch der ist wenig einladend. Lt. Aussage des Vermieters ist ein Strand 4 Buchten weiter auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Verschwiegen hat er dabei, dass man durchs Wasser gehen und ĂŒber Felsen und Mauern klettern muss. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gestaltete sich sowieso etwas schwierig. Wir fĂŒhlten uns nicht willkommen. Es wurde nicht einmal gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei oder ob wir was brĂ€uchten. Wir hatten zB HandtĂŒcher "gemietet" fĂŒr 14 Euro pro Person. Das war 1 Waschlappen, ein kleines Handtuch und ein Badehandtuch fĂŒr jeden. Auf unsere Nachfrage, ob wir ein weiteres Badehandtuch haben könnten, fĂŒr Pool bzw Strand, sagten sie das ginge nicht, sie haben selber keine. Auch das Auschecken war eigenartig. Wir wurden im Vorfeld mit einer Liste an der Wand schon darauf hingewiesen, was wir alles zu erledigen haben bevor wir abreisen (z.B. allen MĂŒll entsorgen, Staubsaugen, Geschirr spĂŒlen ....), obwohl wir ja eine Endreinigung bezahlt hatten. Herr Castelli, ging eine Viertelstunde durch das Haus und hat alles ganz genau in Augenschein genommen. Den Fernseher eingeschaltet, wahrscheinlich um zu sehen ob er noch funktioniert, jeden Liegestuhl, jeden Terassenstuhl, jedes Kissen umgedreht, alles Geschirr nachgezĂ€hlt usw. Wir warteten eine Viertelstunde, wie Schulkinder bis er mit seiner Inspektion fertig war. Ich kann die ganzen positiven Kommentare bzgl der Kommunikation nicht nachvollziehen, doch vielleicht haben die Besitzer inzwischen die Nase voll von uns Touris, so wirkte es zumindest auf uns.

Superbe maison

DÉPAYSEMENT ET CALME

MalgrĂ© une arrivĂ©e perturbĂ©e par Ryanair (atterrissage Ă  Ajaccio au lieu de Figari) les Ă©changes avec les propriĂ©taires trĂšs rĂ©actifs par mail ou SMS ont permis aprĂšs notre rĂ©organisation une arrivĂ©e plus tardive Ă  la location. La villa et ses extĂ©rieurs Ă©taient conformes Ă  nos attentes. La mĂ©tĂ©o nous Ă  permis de profiter pleinement de la piscine... Ă  toutes heures puisque chauffĂ©e ! La proximitĂ© de bonifacio, de la forĂȘt de l'ospedale, du col de Bavella, de porto vecchio, et de la mer (entre autre) font de cette location un lieu idĂ©al pour y sĂ©journer en famille ou entre amis. Le poĂȘle dans le sĂ©jour Ă©tait bien agrĂ©able pour les soirĂ©es d'avril un peu fraĂźches. Seul point nĂ©gatif : notre sĂ©jour d'une semaine Ă©tait vraiment trop court !! Entspannter Herbsturlaub

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) hatten im Oktober 2019 sehr schöne 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Die Kinder hatten großen Spaß in dem neuen (2019) Pool. Die Terrasse ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und hat trotz umliegender hoher BĂ€ume von morgens bis spĂ€ten Nachmittag Sonnenschein im Pool und auf der Terrasse. Das Objekt selbst liegt ca. 800 Meter außerhalb von Porto-Vecchio in einem Gebiet von aneinander gereihten CampingplĂ€tzen auf einem schön eingewachsenem und mit viel Natur drumherum gelegenem GrundstĂŒck. Da die CampingplĂ€tze im Oktober kaum gebucht waren, hatten wir es sehr ruhig und entspannt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 10 Minuten Fußweg ein kleiner Supermarkt oder mit dem PKW in ca. 8 Minuten ein großer Geant. Das Zentrum von Porto-Vecchio war in ca. 10-12 Minuten mit dem PKW erreichbar. Aufgrund der Randlage zu Porto-Vecchio ist ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen! Im Haus selbst fehlte es an nichts, sehr gerĂ€umig und gepflegt! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war immer schnell und angenehm. Kleine Problemchen oder RĂŒckfragen wurden freundlich, unbĂŒrokratisch und zĂŒgig gelöst. Fazit: Wer in einem schönen und gerĂ€umigen Haus auf einem gepflegtem „NaturgrundstĂŒck“ mit toller Avifauna Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Privatpool ist sehr schön und lĂ€dt zum Verweilen ein. Einzig die MĂŒcken waren noch aktiv und ab und an lĂ€stige Begleiter.

Ein wirklich tolles Haus mit schönem Garten und Pool. Das Haus bietet viel PrivatsphĂ€re, ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und mit mehr. Die zweisprachigen Gastgeber sind außerordentlich nett und sehr tierlieb, was bei einem Haus dieser QualitĂ€t nicht die Regel ist. UneingeschrĂ€nkte Empfehlung!

GerĂ€umiges, schönes Ferienhaus. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. GroßzĂŒgiger, grĂŒner Garten mit Liegemoglichkeit und grosser Terrasse mit Grill. Ruhige Lage. Nur 10 Min zu Fuss vom Sandstrand entfernt. Wir kommen wieder!
