The apartment for two people A ALTEZZA (The height) is 800m from the beaches of Palombaggia and located in a very quiet private domain surrounded by nature.Classified 4 stars (n°C0100/2016).



Access to the domain by a code gate. Access to the apartment by a staircase in the garden. Private car park.



I also provide a free access card to the beach car park.



The apartment is composed of a suite, an American kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower and 2 sinks and a separate toilet.



The apartment overlooks a 16m2 wooden terrace, facing south, facing the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Sardinia and shaded by a pergola. There is no opposite.



The sea view is panoramic over the sea and the surrounding maquis.



The apartment overlooks the swimming pool heated by 36m2 of solar collectors and reserved only for 3 other accommodations.



Solar collectors also provide domestic hot water.



The apartment is well insulated and shaded which gives it great thermal comfort.



The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and heating.



The decoration is neat in a recent construction.

The rental does not welcome animals.



The beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia, in the town of Porto-Vecchio, are among the most beautiful beaches in Corsica: translucent water, bays of white sand lined with umbrella pines.



Possibility of resting on the deckchairs of the straw huts, swimming, diving in the Cerbicales marine reserve.



Palombaggia is at the foot of the Alta Rocca mountains with its large forests of maritime pines, its snow in winter and its torrents of fresh water in summer.



Bonifacio, a historic town, is 25km away. The region of the extreme south of Corsica is conducive to all outdoor and nature sports.

100% Parfait

Séjour mémorable dans l'ambiance créée par Conrad. Tout a été pensé pour que l'on passe un moment de détente. Le studio est parfaitement équipé, jusqu'au couteau à huître, sac à glaçon pour le vin et glaçon fait à l'arrivé. Propreté irréprochable. La vue sur mer, accoudé sur le débordement de la piscine et majestueuse. Le fait qu'il ni ai que 4 logements nous a permis de nous baigner plusieurs fois quotidiennement sans jamais croiser personne. La végétation, parfois centenaire comme nous l'a expliqué Conrad, conservée permet d'avoir une ombre naturelle autour de la piscine à toutes heures. Ce voyage avait pour but de faire ma demande en mariage sans savoir à quel moment. Le cadre étant tellement magnifique et profitant d'un calme absolu, je l'ai faite sur la terrasse après un dîner en amoureux. Merci Conrad d'avoir créé ce lieux extra. Un de ces jours, nous reviendrons le faire découvrir à nos enfants... Comme dis dans le titre 100 % parfait

Excellent séjour dans le studio à Altezza. Le studio est idéalement situé dans un cadre paradisiaque. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel. Le propriété monsieur Ibarreche a pris le temps de nous conseiller sur les lieux incontournables à visiter dès le début de notre séjour ! La vue sur le littoral et la Sardaigne est magnifique. Merveilleux Séjour dans le STUDIO à ALTEZZA. Un logement avec beaucoup de charme et un cadre idyllique. La description de la location est conforme à la réalité. Le STUDIO est entre deux locations - mais intimité garantie. La location est propre et Monsieur Ibarreche a pris le temps de nous conseiller dès le début de notre séjour sur les lieux incontournables. Plages paradisiaques à quelques minutes, piscine propre avec une vue magnifique sur la Sardaigne et le littoral. Bonifacio à 25-30 Minutes. Randonnée en Montagne largement accessible. Restaurants à quelques minutes à pieds ( 800-900 mètres) Nous conseillons vivement ce logement !

C'était parfait!

C'est la deuxième fois que j'y retourne et je suis toujours satisfait de mon séjour. Propriétaire très sympa et très discret. L'endroit est magique, la vue est parfaite sur la plage de Palombaggia. L'appartement était nickel à notre arrivé. Il y a une multitudes de possibilités de trouver un restaurant autant proche qu'en bordure de plage ou dans la ville haute de Porto-Vecchio. Je le recommande sans hésiter.

Ein Traum...

Die Ferienwohnung liegt wunderschön mit Blick auf das Meer und Sardinien, der Strand ist auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung bietet alles was man braucht. Schöner als mit einem Frühstück auf der Terasse lässt sich ein Urlaubstag wirklich nicht beginnen. Der Pool ist nur 10 m entfernt und toll angelegt mit gemütlichen Liegen. Trotzdem hat man seine absolute Privatsphäre. Conrad ist hat uns mehr wie herzlich empfangen und stand uns die ganze Woche mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ein Frühstück im Playa Baggia direkt am Strand ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumurlaub im Paradies

Das Anwesen ist traumhaft! Das Studio ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alle nötigen Küchengeräte sind vorhanden und in einem Top-Zustand. Die Terrasse, mit direktem Zugang zum Pool, ist schön groß und mit bequemen Stühlen ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ein Salzwasser-Pool, an dem es sich herrlich entspannen lässt. Der Bilck auf das Meer und Sardinien ist atemberaubend. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr liebevolll gestaltet. Obwohl auf dem Grundstück der Vermieter wohnt und es noch zwei weitere Wohneinheiten gibt, hat man aufgrund der geschickten Bauweise genügend Privatsphäre. Auf weitere Mieter trifft man lediglich am Gemeinschaftspool. Da aber die Poollandschaft in verschiedene Liegebereiche aufgeteilt ist, kann man auch hier wunderbar für sich allein entspannen. Alles in allem war es der perfekte Urlaub, der durch einen sympathischen Vermieter abgerundet wurde. Einziges Manko: Es gab keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Une destination "carte postale"

Très belle location en tout point conforme à la description et aux photos, remarquablement entretenue. Conrad nous a parfaitement accueilli, a pris du temps pour nous conseiller des visites et restaurants très sympathiques. Nous recommandons le Tamaricciu sur la plage en contrebas. L'architecture du lieu permet aux 3 locations de ne pas avoir de vis à vis; on se sent chez soi et seuls au monde. L'appartement donne directement à une dizaine de mètres sur la piscine à débordement. La vue est magique sur la baie et la Punta Di Colombara. L'appartement est décoré avec gout et est parfaitement fonctionnel, doté de tous les équipements nécessaires. S'il fallait faire une proposition d'amélioration, cela pourrait être le remplacement du ventilateur à palle par une climatisation qui serait appréciable les nuits de fortes chaleurs. A recommander sans hésiter

Appartement impeccable (fidèle à la description, agréablement meublé, propre, lit confortable - aucune critique). Location exceptionnelle. Un appartement à la hauteur de nos attentes, agencé et équipé avec goût, dans une résidence en tout point superbe, la piscine, la vue, tout cela au milieu du maquis ! Le rêve ! Nous ne devrions pas trop le crier car l'adresse est déjà fort prisée. Et encore un grand merci à notre hôte, Conrad, pour sa gentillesse et ses bonnes adresses que vous pouvez tester en toute confiance, nous l'avons fait et il connaît vraiment les bons plans. studio impeccable avec vue imprenable sur la baie de Palombaggia, prestations de qualité tant au niveau interieur du studio qu'exterieur avec terrasse privative donnant accés direct à terrasse avec piscine à débordement...accueil trés agreable... localisation rêvée pour un sejour en couple loin de la foule mais à 10mn à pied de la plage, 10mn de Porto Vecchio ou 20mn de Bonifacio en voiture. En résumé, aucun point negatif à souligner, nous avons passé un séjour trés trés agreable. Conrad, merci de me faire suivre comme convenu l'annonce concernant votre autre maison pour 2 fois 6 pers. A bientôt j'espère !
