Room was comfortable and very clean. Staff was great - easy and fast check in. Only negative was the small dogs yipping most of the night in the room next to me keeping me up most of the night. Maybe consider a pet-dedicated floor so that if you don’t have pets with you, you don’t get stuck on a floor or even worse, in the room next to animals that bark at all hours of the night. It definitely deters me from booking there again as it was very annoying.

We had a great one night stay. About 8 minutes from the Kittery Outlets. There was no construction done during our stay as it was the weekend so no noise issues. The hotel was very clean and my daughter enjoyed the pool. They had a cute Christmas present wrapping table if you wanted to wrap a gift. Breakfast had some good choices as well.

The temperature was very difficult to control and on a very cold night, that was quite unfortunate. It was too late at night to deal with calling maintenance. Another annoyance was the major construction project going on next door. I booked via third party ( expedia) so I suppose that's the risk I take. There was a sign at registration informing guest of the 7 AM start time for noise disruption, but had I known I would not have booked, and it was indeed noisy and disruptive. Staff were all very nice, so I don't blame my experience on any individuals
