LOCATION IS 5...BUT... its a 2 star at best. Dirty floors and walls.If you dont smoke this is a terrible place to stay. We were unable to enjoy the private porch and the front porch due to excessive smoking. I have asthma and have quit smoking 15 years ago so this was a definate discust to me. The smoke rolls up from the entry porch up to ur private area. Also our ajoining neighbors smoked all day so its all u smell. Just couldnt breath or enjoy it at all. Staff were friendly and did get us extra pillows and towels right away. Needs a firm cleaning as there was old food in floors.

Very cute but wouldn’t stay again sadly

The hotel is very cute but severely outdated. No elevator so hauling luggage up the stairs at our age was difficult. The room are ok but not meant for tall people. The reason for the low review is that the beds are atrocious. Very uncomfortable to say the least. The location is fantastic for night life but be prepared to be woke up early from garbage trucks.

The property is in a great spot very helpful when you have some children facilities totally need to be updated either they were worn out and they look dirty or they just aren't being cleaned good enough and the tables on the balcony need to be 100% replaced or cleaned 100% with better cleaning equipment and effort

Location of the property was excellent,the nightly cost was very reasonable and front porch was great to remain outside and watch people. Room and bathroom were a little small but okay. Would stay there again and get a room with a private balcony.

Parking was very tight and was outdoors about 3/4 of a block away. Our room was not visited or cleaned during our 3 night stay. The refrigerator did not have a freezer and there was no hair dryers provided. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was great right on the main strip. The room was small with a tiny round table and 2 arm chairs. There was a small freestanding armoire with a couple of drawers. The lighting was harsh with super bright led bulbs. The coffee was pretty decent.
