Short, private walk to the lake. Spacious living area that is open to the large dining area. 'Entertainment' kitchen with a large island plus plenty of cabinets and counter space for everyone. Four bedrooms plus a large family room with wet bar and fireplace for the perfect place to entertain at the lake inside. Step outside to the private fenced backyard and large covered deck equipped with grille, plenty of seating and TV for gathering outside or sitting around the fire pit. Shed contains additional full size fridge/freezer along with beach chairs, corn hole and other items for use. Property is close to Island View Park (1.2 mi) Bring your boat and water toys...close to several marinas with boat ramps.
