Welcome to Ocean’s Edge Lookout, where guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire upper level and loft of this unique ocean-view home, featuring four bedrooms and ample space to relax, reconnect, and unwind.
Please note that a long-term tenant resides in the self-contained basement apartment. They have a separate entrance and private driveway, ensuring excellent privacy for both guests and tenant. The tenant also has a very well-behaved dog.
Your stay at Ocean’s Edge Lookout includes exclusive access to the covered front patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean—an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking sunrises and ocean views. On the opposite side of the home, a rear patio offers a completely different perspective, where you can unwind in the evening and watch spectacular sunsets fade behind the hillside.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-concept living area featuring comfortable furnishings, a 75-inch Smart TV, a dining table with seating for eight guests, and a fully equipped kitchen. The impressive vaulted-ceiling gathering space serves as the heart of the home, thoughtfully separating two guest bedrooms and the main bathroom from the primary suite.
The primary bedroom offers stunning ocean views, a walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom. A laundry room with washer and dryer is conveniently tucked away off the hallway near the main foyer. From this area, you’ll also find access to the loft bedroom, providing additional sleeping accommodations and a unique retreat within the home.
