Our stay began with the front desk employee double billing me for my stay. I had prepaid through Hotels.com, but the employee insisted that only a hold was placed on my card. When I got home, I checked my credit card and sure enough, not only did the employee bill me a second time, but I was billed $30 additional on top of the original room rate. My husband always checks the beds for bedbugs, and when he lifted the mattress pad on one of the beds, there was a nasty black/green stain on the mattress. Worse yet, when I woke up in the middle of the night, I found a roach on the wall near the bathroom vanity. The entire stay was a disappointment. Never again.
