A car gets you everywhere here. Poulsbo's waterfront and "Little Norway" shops are about 10 minutes away; the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal is roughly 40 miles south — worth the trip for a day in Seattle.
Other Things to Note:
1- Driveway parking is available for up to 4 cars. Please do not park on the right side marked “Reserved for Caretaker.”
2- The owner lives in the attached ADU on the same property and has a private entrance.
3- The upstairs game room/library features a low railing. For safety, parents must supervise children at all times when using this area.
4- Pets are welcome — up to 2 pets with a $150 per pet fee (or $300 total for two).
5- Like any nature-forward waterfront retreat, you may encounter the occasional insect or small critter — keeping doors and windows closed goes a long way.
