We loved everything except the ladies working the desk during the days over the weekend. They barely spoke English, and were totally unfriendly. Not helpful at all.

This is a very nice location, the hotel is well maintained, and the daily buffet breakfast is super! Everything is walkable and within arm's reach. The only thing is that the washroom's shower floor is slippery. This is just for safety reasons for every guest in the hotel. Overall, we will go back to this hotel!

We traveled with our son and were required to book a larger room. The room was very spacious, like a suite on the top floor with amazing views of the clock tower and castles around. Amazing location close to everything walking distance

This hotel is in an excellent location in the middle of the old town, less than a 2 minute walk to the main old town square but also on a quiet street with very little noise. It is also a 2 minute walk to Mustek metro station and Wenceslas Square. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. On arrival we were able to check into our room early as it was ready. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful advising regarding restaurants and local attractions. The room was large with a double bed and comfortable king bed. There was a mini bar and safe located in the wardrobe in the room. There was slippers also in the wardrobe. The bathroom was also spacious with everything you could need. It was all spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold foods and there was also a vending machine in the main lobby. There is also a mini market next door that opens at 11am and tea & coffee facilites also located in the room.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent location. The downside is the airconditioning. We are not able to sleep since it was very hot. It is at 26 celsius and unable to adjust. The hotel can’t do anything.

Fantastic hotel in a quieter street just seconds away from everything. It’s very near to everywhere. Close by is the astronomical clock, old town square, Wenceslas square, Charles bridge, restaurants, shops etc. the staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was very spacious with 4 beds in 2 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms and an outside terrace. Buffet breakfast was excellent with choices changing daily. Many hot dishes plus fruits, salads, cold meats, cheeses, lovely pastries and cakes and delicious artisan breads. We very much enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend this hotel.
