Location was central to everything, right at the beginning of Charles bridge. The rooms were spacious and clean. Too notch service! We came back to our room and were surprised with a complimentary bottle of champagne for my birthday by the hotel. George on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Even mimosas:) Highly recommend staying here

One of the best properties we have stayed in, across our Europe tour. Rooms are super cozy and have all the small things (water bottles, full stocked minibar, shoe shiner etc) that a full service hotel would. Staff is very warm and friendly. Their own restaurant next door is very high quality and serve an excellent breakfast (and other meals). The location cannot get any better - you will know when you get there - literally at the entrance to the Charles Bridge, right next to the Bridge Tower. The property also has a nice and quiet terrace which we personally enjoyed in the evening. To sum it up, the hotel truly deserves its high ratings.

The room was large and warm, which was a plus in this cold weather. Beds so comfy they rivalled ours. The coffee machine was top notch and always restocked. The cleaning staff was fabulous and our room always spotless. Breakfast was included and the quality was varied and perfect to get you off to a good start.

Great location, with Charles Bridge around the corner and away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town, yet within walking distance of all attractions. Nice boutique hotel split across two premises. Triple room was spacious, with a separate room for the 3rd person. Bathroom was ok, but stepping into and out of bath could be quite dangerous. Breakfast was good and contained all of the basics. Overall, a decent hotel in a good, quiet location!

The staff was helpful in every way, they gave us suggestions for activities, Irish pubs and transportation needs. Breakfast was an amazing European buffet. I am GF and they had delicious whole grain GF brown bread(not the typical pasty white bread) and offered to make GF pancakes which I didn’t need because there were so many other tasty offerings. The room was beautiful and offered a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The location is perfect for touring the city or finding transport to other areas.

This is a really lovely hotel! It is easy to find, and it is wonderfully located right next to the Charles bridge. The staff is fabulous, and everybody at the front desk is very helpful, and friendly. They also have a great restaurant, and an outdoor dining area. My room was so special, and lovely that I did not want to leave! It was really spacious, well lit, and since it was on a corner of the main building I was able to enjoy nice views too. I highly recommend staying here!

Booked this based on reviews and was very pleased. Highlights include: efficient and helpful reception staff, very good restaurant for breakfast and dinner offering local dishes, silent room overnight in the annex to the property adjacent to it, good room temperature too when outside was -8⁰. Even better if - not complaints, just thoughts.... pillows could be less lumpy, fresh milk for the room would also be good for us tea drinkers - but otherwise, I highly recommend and have thoroughly appreciated the quaint, historic property.

This place was right in the heart of Prague (steps from Charles Bridge). The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was so spacious. I didn't know rooms like this existed in Europe. And I found the beds very comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay here again!
