The staff go above and beyond and always so wholesome and cheerful. All the online reviews about the staff being the beating heart behind this hotel's enduring success are spot on. An example: Our room had no kettle, and as we make our own coffee with our own travel 'contraption' and more importantly in the winter, needed to fill a hot water bottle due to serious back pain we were really disappointed not to have one in the room. No problem at all-- the lovely chap at reception found one in the hotel somewhere and brought it to us within half an hour so we used it during our stay-- many times a day. It was a small gesture but not something that most hotels would care about helping you with. These little things mean SO MUCH to travellers. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has good lighting for reading at night, great wi-fi, great breakfast, an actual bathtub and is in a fantastic location. Don't even think about it. Just book a stay here. We can't wait to return later in the year. Thank you to everyone at Pod Vezi.

This hotel is an absolute gem. Located on the Lesser town side of the Charles Bridge, it is absolutely in the most ideal location you could ever imagine. Incredible restaurant, wonderful staff, perfect location, clean rooms, breakfast was amazing, dinner was even more amazing. I cannot say enough about this place. I will be back.

Perfect hotel and location

Oh wow, we hadn’t been to Prague in many years and we were so happy we picked this hotel. The hotel is perfectly located right next to Charles Bridge. You will need an uber if you have more than a backpack but don’t worry because Ubers are inexpensive. The rooms are huge, and the beds very comfortable. We got a room with two twins for our children. We ate two breakfasts - they were wonderful. We also enjoyed a dinner at the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Prague is so magical.

Perfect gem in Prague!

Pod Vezi exceeded our expectations during our stay in Prague! We couldn’t stop talking about how lucky we’re in being able to book such a beautiful small but charming hotel like Pod Vezi, literally right next to Charles Bridge! The complementary breakfast was outstanding and the room was pretty large for our family of 3 on the annex building! You won’t regret staying here on your next trip to Prague!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location!

This is an amazing hotel at the foot of the Charles Bridge. The location is perfect for sightseeing beautiful Prague. We had a deluxe room and it was very comfortable- spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast each morning was delicious with so much variety. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is perfectly located at the end of the Charles Bridge and walkable to most tourist sites in Prague. The rooms are large and have everything one needs. Staff is helpful and friendly. We cannot recommend Pod Vezi highly enough! Our stay in Prague was absolutely wonderful and this hotel is a hidden gem, right under the Lesser Quarter’s Charles Bridge tower (which you can tour for free as a hotel guest). Highly recommend getting the breakfast with your reservation…very hearty and sets you up nicely for the day. Location is close to the tram transport as well, which can take you anywhere across the city. The customer service at Pod Vezi is 5 stars…a great crew of folks willing to assist with anything. Immaculately clean and safe as well! We will be back!

How could you possibly ask for a better location than this? Amazing stay. Wonderful room, the best staff you could ask for, and a delicious breakfast on site every morning. Within walking distance of nearly anything you want to see in the Old Town area. Also recommend the driver service to and from the airport. Cheaper than any US taxi ride, alleviates a lot of headache of juggling luggage on the public transport, and our driver was the best. Enthusiastic recommendation!
