Friendly staff, room was good although bathroom a bit compact but lovely toiletries included. Bed comfortable. Room had a kettle, tea making facilities and a fridge. Centrally located with a short walk to main railway station, old town square and Wenceslas square also a short walk. Breakfast was very good value, everything fresh and replenished regularly. Hotel was previously a theatre.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights after our stay in the more expensive hotel associated with our cruise. It is in a good location and we walked to many of the sites in the old town. The location is close to many restaurants and shopping options. Our room was clean, spacious and the room service was excellent. We had the breakfast included and it was very good. Couple of breakfast suggestions would be: cook the scrambled eggs more and have crepes and/or pancakes as a menu item. We did not use the bar service. The front desk service was excellent as we asked them for tourist information and they gladly arranged a taxi pickup for us to the airport.

Hotel very well located, just near the old town. Staff very nice. Large variety of food for the breakfast. The only (slight) concerns are the not so well decorated rooms, without a coffee-machine (just a stick of coffee powder) in the room and no real fruit juices (just a juices dispenser) for the breakfast.

Loved the place, if you have a car you can park in the street right outside, make sure you pay the fee and also make sure there are no special activities taking place. You might have to move your car to another location.

We loved the location, staff and how classy well-kept this little gem was!! The staff friendly. You are literally down he street from Old Town Square. We enjoyed the spa like workout area and sauna.

I loved the hotel because it was beautiful and felt like I was staying in a mansion. It had a nostalgic ambience. Room was very clean and breakfast was great with lots to choose from. The subway was very close as well as major shopping streets.

Wonderful stay, right in the heart of the city. We could have a good breakfast then head off to explore for the day. Main attractions are walkable from the hotel. Comfortable bed, clean room and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel lobby is beautiful too.
