Pros: Hotel is well located, comfortable and with choices at walkable distance Breakfast was good. Rooms were updated but comfortable and spacious. They have a laundry per room Cons: They represent the hotel with pool and jacuzzi. Those amenities don’t belong to the hotel and you should pay for using them. Rate was around $20 per person for 2 hours. The worst part is that you should reserve with time in advance and there is limited availability. The pool is really a cold plunge. We like having the pool after a long day and there were many hotels with those choices in the area. I also used the spa service and it was low average

WE spent 8 days there in a one bedroom apartment. Loved exploring Prague on foot. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern. Service was helpful and reliable. Price was fine. Only minor issue was initial difficulty with the airco control system that took a bit longer to get sorted out. Would definitely go there again

The property is doing false advertisement for pool and sauna. No where on the website it says you have to pay to use the facility as it’s owned by another company. I selected this property with pool and sauna so I could relax at night but on arrival I was told will get 5% off if I book the property. I was very disappointed on arrival

The spa is not included in the hotel stay as the listing would suggest. Instead it costs a minimum of 399 per person for one session. The WiFi in our room was unusable, unable to even load Google. We spoke with staff several times about this and it wasn’t fixed, so we had to find cafes with WiFi to do work at our own expense.

Hotel decor and cleanliness was very good. Staff spoke English and were polite and friendly. They were able to hold our luggage and also provide late check out. Breakfast had a variety of options. Hotel location was a little bit out of the town centre/old town square however still close to amenities like museum, dancing house etc. We had stayed at the apartment and it was great, I recommend staying here again.

There is some building works next to the hotel. I was not told about this. It was very nosy in the mornings and woke me up everyday of my 5 night stay. I would not have booked this hotel had I known. Otherwise a noce hotel.
