Our room was fantastic and the front desk staff was wonderful. It was really clean. It is like a regular European room, but actually a lot bigger. When there was an unexpected cold snap, the front desk brought us a separate heater that was fantastic. The shower was hot with lots of hot water. We were on the "second floor," but there are like two small sets of like 5 stairs to get to it and they offered to help. You are in another part of the Unitas Hotel and get all of the same amenities. They put out snacks and tea during the day. I am not sure why people would rate this low. The price was great. The location was fantastic-- walking distance to the clock and the bridge. Safe, quiet neighborhood. We got lost out late one night and everyone went out of there way to help us find our way back. Lots of shops, restaurants and stores to buy food nearby. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff were excellent in the Unitas hotel section which also runs the “Residence “ portion. Residence portion is dated but clean however it was a maze of hallways to get to. Then to get to breakfast room was another maze of hallways.

This was our first night in Europe. We were sort of hoping we could get back into this hotel but we never could. It is very nice and the breakfast is very good. Some of the rooms you have to climb stairs to get to. If you have mobility issues you should check it out before you go there. The breakfast was wonderful. And the staff very helpful..
