UrsprĂŒnglich außerhalb von Helena gelegen, birgt dieses wundervoll umgebaute Blockhaus aus dem 19. Jahrhundert noch immer die Magie und das Geheimnis der alten Tage des Goldabbaus. Besitzerin Sarah Muller kaufte die HĂŒtte, verlegte sie und stapelte sie an ihrem heutigen Standort in der historischen Goldminenstadt Old Chico um.

Die Homestead-Kabine bietet Platz fĂŒr vier Personen. WLAN ist im Preis inbegriffen. Komplettes Badezimmer mit Dusche, voll ausgestattete KĂŒche; Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Herd, Töpfe und Pfannen sowie ein wunderschöner Gasherd aus Marmor.

Eine perfekt gelegene HĂŒtte mitten im Paradise Valley, in der Sie die Sterne der Nacht in der friedlichen Gelassenheit der Emigrantenschlucht bestaunen können.

In der NĂ€he von Yellowstone können Sie TagesausflĂŒge in den Park und nach Hause unternehmen, um auf dem Achterdeck zu grillen oder in einem der gehobenen Restaurants der Gegend zu Abend zu essen.

Sarah’s Homestead cabin is amazing. We have nothing but good things to say about it. She has put in all the hard work making this cabin what it is. All the detail is very fitting for that remote Montana feel. Quiet area was also appreciated. We met Sarah who is the owner of the cabin and she is also an amazing person with some stories you’ll never forget. Just an awesome lady that was so nice and gave us some tips on where to go during our stay.

Great little cabin with all the extras you could think of. Very cozy and clean! We stayed 4 nights but were gone most of the time to Yellowstone. Definitely a great place to stay and Sarah is a great host!

Peaceful Pray

What a cute cabin, about 35-40 minutes to the North Entrance of YNP! Very peaceful & quiet, outside lots of birds & the rushing creek close by can be heard from the deck. Relaxing! Mountain Peak view from Deck & Loft. Quaint little cabin well stocked with necessities. Loved small touches like a diffuser with Essential Oils, lotion ect. Very close to Chico Hot Springs, you can go there for dinner or a day spring pool pass. If you’re flying into Bozeman I would suggest you swing into Albertsons and get some groceries on your way to the cabin
 pretty much the best spot. Small grocery market in Gardiner, outside the park but fairly limited and pricey. In general, It’s a tourist town, expect tourist prices.. unfortunate that restaurant food in the park as well as in Gardiner just lacked luster!! There is a good bakery close to the cabin on the main road (89) Enjoyed our Stay at the Homestead Cabin in Pray! Owner very responsive. Thanks for sharing your Lil’ cabin with us! We can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Homestead Cabin. It was just what we had hoped for in the hillsides of Montana. The cabin is meticulously maintained and beautifully decorated. The host Sarah is a gracious and kind host and readily available for any tips or recommendations in the area. We loved our stay and would love to come back to the area and to Sarah’s cabins.

A cozy hide away

Sarah is an incredible woman she purchased the properties disassemble relocated and reassembled them where they are now located she lives on a third cabin on site and will answer all questions and gives great insight to the best unknown spots. oh yeah one more thing she does not just tell local folklore on wildlife she personally survived a Grizzley mauling her story is written in several books but to hear it from her mouth it carries a much greater weight.

Beautiful, cozy, perfevt

Absolutely perfect, lovingly built, cozy cottage away from everything I wanted to be away from. Nestled next to a fast flowing delightful creek. This beautiful cabin provides absolutely everything you need and more. I have never seen a better stocked home and all of my travels. Sarah thinks of everything and is a wonderful host. She’s there if you need her, and if you don’t need her, she leaves you alone. The canin is truly remarkable and you will be cozy and well cared for. Getting up and down the ladder to the loft seemed like a challenge, but it was absolutely not. I highly recommend this place and all of her cabins. They are close to two different Hot Springs and about a 40 minute drive to Yellowstone. The drivers easy and also beautiful Plenty of room for couples or a small family. You will love it - well worth much more each night. I will definitely return.

From the beginning of booking until we left, Sarah was involved, informative, communicative, and helpful! The cabin is more than a cabin. It was a labor of love and it shows in every single detail. Sarah has thoughtfully put together an informative book regarding dining, places to see and hikes. She also went through a map with us and gave us MANY suugestions for places to see and some to avoid. We were extremely comfortable and content the entire stay. Everything you could possibly want or need was provided. Sarah is an extremely kind, down to earth, and interesting host whom I hope to continue to keep in touch with. She made the visit that much more amazing, in addition to our great and comfy accomodations!

Homey Homestead Cabin

Wow! This cabin is a beautiful work of heart. Sarah, the owner, has put a lot of love, sweat and tears into moving, re-stacking and decorating this sweet cabin. I literally could have sold most of my possessions, moved in, and stayed. Permanently. Joking aside, if you ever need a caretaker, I'm your girl.😉 The cabin is super clean, cozy and comfortable. Sarah has thought of every basic item you could need to make your stay comfortable. The decor is so very esthetically pleasing and the yard is adorable. We enjoyed fishing and rafting the Yellowstone river, finding Dailey Lake, hiking Pine Creek falls, exploring the Lamar Valley in Yellowstone, driving over the beautiful Beartooth highway, touring Lewis and Clark Caverns and checking out the cute town of Livingston and the dreamy Paradise Valley. The valley definitely lives up to its namesake. My only regret was not getting to sit outside by the fire and watch the stars and hiking more. But after reading about Sarah's grizzly encounter, I got over it. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us.

Truly Paradise

This is my second time staying at one of Sarahs three cabins and it will not be the last! I cant say enough about how magical her property is and I have never stayed somewhere more accommodating! Sarahs attention to detail and the shear beauty of her cabins, make you never want to leave! The cabin was filled with everything you could need and the book of info left for you has everything you need to know about the area. There is a book in every cabin called The Mark of the Grizzly. Inside is the story of Sarahs "encounter" with a grizzly. We read her story and it changed us. And left us with such admiration for her life in the mountains. Thank you, Sarah! We will definitely be back, again!
