Completely renewed with natural stone walls and traditionnal wooden beams. High quality standard equipments :

45m² open kitchen and dining room with 16m² terrasse facing the see
45m² living room with 16m² balcony facing the sea
6 bedrooms(3 with king bed and 3 with 2 single beds)
4 bathrooms (including 1 with a bath)
4 Toilets including 2 separated ones
1 desk space mezzanine with view on the ocean

- Park space for 4 vehicles and additional space in front of the house
- Terrasse 16m² with 12 persons table

Complete child equipement : baby bed, additional transportable baby bed, Equipment for baby bath and baby toilets, baby trolley.

5 minuts walking to the beach and village center (drugstore, bakery, restaurant, bar, stationary, bike rental during the summer).

House cleaning included, beds ready upon arrival, 2 towels per person (1 tall+ 1 small), kitchen cloth.

In addition to the village shops a local market stands twice a week during the summer.

High season (July & August): 450€ per night, 3150€ per night (all included) week rental only

We really enjoyed the stay, lots to do and explore in the area, for all three generations

The property was better than expected, suiting our needs in all weathers during our stay. The owners have thought of everything that we and our large group needed/ might need, and we’re on call to assist if needed too

A gem in Prefailles

On arrival at the house it was very clear the photos on line do not do it justice. In the flesh it was stunning. A perfect layout and outstanding location. Minutes walk to numerous beaches restaurants and patisseries for morning croissants. Fabrice has been a joy to deal with. We are all keen to return to this little gem in Prefailles. A truly wonderful week.

Villa magnifiquement placée, une merveilleuse vue mer.Spacieuse et très agréable à vivre.Très bien équipée, avec une cuisine et un très grand plan de travail ! Vue magique et emplacement de rêve

C'est la deuxième fois en familles que nous louons cette maison magnifique avec une vue extraordinaire. Maison très confortable et très bien équipée avec literie de qualité. La maison est remarquablement bien entretenue. Beaucoup de charme car le mélange de l'ancien et du contemporain est remarquable. Emplacement de rêve très calme dans une station balnéaire pleine de charme.

La mer et le calme à L'Amarée

Séjour en famille (9 adultes) agréable dans cette maison très spacieuse où chacun peut vivre à sa guise ou se regrouper (cuisine salle à manger et salon très vastes). Le jardin est très soigné. L endroit est calme. Proximité de la mer et des rochers que l'on découvre du balcon de la maison

Demeure de charme sur la côte de jade

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables à Prefailles. Villa face à la mer , donnant sur le sentier côtier. Vue magnifique chaque jour différente. Grandes pièces, fonctionnelles très lumineuse, équipement électroménager au top .Très beau jardin paysagé.Marché et commerces accessibles à pied. Merveilleux second séjour à Prefailles

5 ans après un premier séjour dans cette belle maison, nous avons retrouvé avec plaisir les lieux : emplacement rêvé, vue sur mer splendide, confort, équipement et espace, tout est réuni pour des vacances inoubliables. Les propriétaires, à 2 pas tout en étant très discrets, sont attentifs et disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons vivement !

Ein wunderbarer Ort!

Das Haus liegt perfekt, direkt am Meer nir getrennt von einer wenig genutzten Dorf-Einbahnstrasse. Wunderbare Sicht vom grossen Wohnzimmer und dem Balkon sowie von anderen Richtung Meer gerichteten Räumen. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, das Haus aus dem Jahr 1872 mit sehr viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail renoviert und modernisiert. Auch die Gartenlandschaft ist stilvoll, hier wurde an alles gedacht und an nichts gespart. Eine wahre Wonne! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Les yeux dans l’eau…..

Magnifique localisation associée à une véritable maison de vacances. Nous étions six et la typologie et l’agencement permettent, associés aux quatre salles d’eau, une parfaite indépendance tout en préservant l’intimité de chacun. Bref super séjour à Préfailles nous ayant aussi donné la possibilité, au regard d’un très belle et grande cuisine, de recevoir nos amis résidants dans les environs. Familenurlaub im L'Amarée

Nach 10 Jahren sind wir ( Eltern und 4 KInder) wieder an diesen schönen Ort am Atlantik zurückgekehrt. Diesmal mit Partnern der Kinder und dem ersten Enkelkind. Bei der Suche nach einem passenden Objekt wurden wir in Préfailles fündig. Diese mit viel Liebe und Herzblut restaurierte Architektenhaus war genau das passenden Objekt. Wir haben die Zeit im L'Amarée sehr genossen, auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer mitspielte. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut und wir haben uns wie zu Haus gefühlt. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen: - Bei diesem Standard des Hauses sollten Müllbeutel und Toilettenpapier vorrätig sein. - Die Kaution in Höhe von 100 % des Hauspreises finden wir zu hoch. Es sollten höchsten 30-50% sein. Ein Tip noch an Fabrice: Unter die Stuhlbeine sollten Schoner angebracht werden. Es schützt den Fliesenboden und ist nicht so laut. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt in einem exclusiven Ambiente, vielen Dank! Wir wünschen Ihnen weiterhin viele nette Gäste und eine gute Vermietung. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mr Signor. Excellent séjour lié au cadre : - Maison de caractère restaurée avec goût, qualité et fonctionnalité pour accueillir 9 personnes avec vue exceptionnelle sur la mer . Maison qui offre la possibilité à la fois d'être ensemble et des espaces personnels. - Nous avons pu profiter de l'extérieur, déjeuner et jouer car grande cour avec terrain paysagé.
