I won’t stay here again - not staff’s fault tho!

The front staff and cleaning staff were very kind and accommodating, but this place was rough! Wallpaper peeling, stains everywhere, carpet frayed and lifting. There were places on the carpet that looked like a recent crime scene was barely cleaned up. Although the staff assured me there was 24hr security, I was very leery. When I checked in security was escorting a screaming swearing man from the premises. The night was surprisingly very quiet, though. Beds were clean. Bathroom was clean, but very very worn. Tub was peeling, paint was peeling. Breakfast, however was great. The hot tub was empty and the pool looked green, we didn’t use it, even though we specifically booked here for that reason.

This hotel is unsafe. Exterior areas and lobby had numerous people doing questionable things and they were in scary mental states. Security guard and desk clerk trying to maintain order. Things staff had control of were good, bedding, room cleanliness etc. But hotel overall is rough. Large grease stains on carpet. Cracked tiles. Holes patched on doors. Worn furniture. Normally I know you get what you pay for and chose this because of location. Wrong decision!

Old and run down. Hot tub has been out of service for more than a year. Swimming pool looks pretty scary. Lots of derelicts wandering around. Not a great place to stay unless you can get it for very, very cheap.

The staff was very friendly. The property is inconvenient to get to, TV remote didn’t work, not hand soap in the bathroom, shower curtain broken, blinds didn’t close for nighttime darkness. How this is a Ramada brand is questionable!!
