Great little place in a quiet neighborhood.

The room, service and food were excellent. Enjoyed sitting on the deck but that needs a liitle work Lovely flower gardens!

Grateful bed

This was an owner occupied Bed and Breakfast. They had dogs so watch your allergies. They were very nice. I had to pay cash which I didn’t see on the website. No air conditioning so the room was quite warm till about 9 pm. If privacy is an issue you should let them know. No private entrance you have to go in and out they’re front door.

Joyce and Ted were very accommodating hosts making room for my walker. And the breakfast was delicious each morning. This was the first time Angela and myself had been at a B&B it was like going to a family member’s but better ;-) we definitely would go back.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience there. My wife and I spent quality time together without any distractions. Overall an excellent experience. Joyce and Ted are great hosts, they communicate perfectly.

Room is small and bathroom is shared with second unit. Breakfast provided was great variety and lots of it. Joyce and Ted are great hosts and Joyce was able to accommodate my gluten free diet. Would stay here again.

Joyce and Ted are such wonderful, charismatic hosts! They are so easy to be around, and Ted is so well connected he even helped connect me to clientele for my job in the area! Joyce cooks a mean breakfast platter, you won’t be hungry again until dinner! The space offers privacy with a sliding door between living quarters and their home, private bathroom and is as clean as they come. Quiet, peaceful place to get some rest. Pillow top bed was dreamy. Felt like home! (But better because of the breakfast). I will be back!
