We were charged extras fees at the property for pets even though we paid for a pet friendly room. There were 4 of us booked in and only 2 towels. The room smelt really bad

I stayed there for three nights. My bed was never made up. My towels are changed once and never changed even when I left them in the tub. Never got any hand soap after I used it or hair soap they did empty the garbage daily that was about the only thing they did in that room. There’s lots of noise on the outside as it kept rolling carts past my place in the middle of the night, not sure what they were doing. Check-in was slow even though I pre-registered. Other than that, there was a person at the service counter all the time and the restaurant was good to eat at inside if you’d like Indian food.

Inside the hotel was nice. The gazebos were a nice touch. The bridges to the rooms were not thought out well and were FAR too steep. My pregnant daughter slid down them and fell at the bottom. To get back out of her room she had to go barefoot so as not to slide.

Staff friendly rooms clean only complaint was morning breakfast tables were not cleaned for next people unless you asked then they cleaned that table but not the other dirty used tables the other super 8s always had a person there monitoring and cleaning during breakfast times

100% NOT recommended mice all around the A.C in my room was stuck on and made my room freezing they did nothing about it when I called for extra blankets it took 40 minutes outside my room was warmer then my room plus when maids came they took all my towels and left me with one for the rest of my stay I really do not recommend this hotel when you check in ask if everything works before you get comfortable cause they will not accommodate or help in any way afterwards
