It looks nice, room smelled great, good quality products, but WIFI would not connect, poor cleaning service, AND they advertised the shuttle covered 5miles of distance and it didn't. They said it does not go to Princeton University even though the university was with 5 miles ( they didn't included this exemption on their ads), which was the main reason I booked this hotel over a couple others.

As part of a group here for a Princeton event, this was the worse experience staying at a hotel. No hot water for 2 days, hotel staff unapologetic and not accommodating at all. While the hotel knew that half the rooms at the hotel were without hot water, there was no warning or posting in the common area for guests. You were informed when you went to take a shower and the water dribbled out and was ice cold. The hotel manager was conveniently unavailable to handle the complaints. We were told there were no other rooms available and couldn’t provide an estimate when the issue would be resolved. This absolutely ruined our trip! What a waste of money! Even before the issue with hot water, the gym is deplorable. Machines are broken and the gym is hot, no air circulation. Smells bad and grimy yuck! I would not recommend to the Princeton community to stay here, find a better way to spend your money. With the number of hotels in the area, this properly needs to work much harder to earn your business - they fail!

Gave two stars because they allowed late check out, otherwise I would give it one star or zero if I could. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that there is no hot water in the entire north tower and they cannot change rooms for us (and please remember everything is non refundable for this hotel, so we can only still choose to check in). A lot of customers are having very important events the next day, for example, I myself have a very important onsite interview, and I saw other customers are having commencement/graduation events. However, because the water system is broken, all of us cannot take a shower and can only wash our face in excruciatingly cold water. This is extremely unacceptable. The front desk told us they are trying hard to fix the water system, but when I woke up the next morning, the water is still cold — I do not see any progress. So I did not really took a shower before my onsite interview, and I guess many other customers did not take showers for their important graduation events as well. In a nutshell, the non-refundable policy, along with the poor management, and inefficient repairing services, all contributed to this extremely poor experience. Moreover, the hotel appears to be much older and outdated than the image shows. I do not know how they have such good reviews before.

They have a North side that was originally assigned to me. It was low quality and no air conditioning. I had to have them change my room to the south side and it was a wonderful experience after that! The male desk assistant lied and said the restaurant was closed and it wasn’t. He also was the one that assigned me my original bad room.
