Last time saying here.

There was an 80.00 dollar up charge to check in early. The room was disgusting. Had to wipe everything down, holes in curtains and broken shower curtain. Some mystery leak under the sink. I didn’t take pictures of everything because it was so much bathroom is moldy, ceiling looking like it’s falling apart. Bathroom door has seen so much water paint coming off and it’s bubbling up. Fold hair ties and Neon paint on couch and sink counter top

While check in was effortless, the staff was super friendly and kind-especially with my special needs daughter I did run into a bit of an issue. The front portico was the smoking area. It was a storm going on and I was bringing my supplies in with a wagon and had to go through a large party of people who were unwilling to move for me even though I used my words and excused myself and then a grown man attempted to goad me into a discussion. I did not continue with a conversation with this person I went on with my business to go care for my child that was in our room. When we came out in the morning the entryway was littered with cigarette butts not put in the ashtray’s that were clearly provided. I just feel like it cheapens the appearance of an attractive property to have those cigarette butts all over.

This hotel is excellent. We had a wonderful time in peace, the staff super friendly and attentive. Every space, the rooms, the dining room, completely clean and a super nice atmosphere. I definitely recommend it, it is excellent.

The attention of the dining hall and cleaning staff was excellent, but the receptionist was very impatient. Furthermore, if the keys have a problem, it's not the guest's fault. It's not fair that if you have a 4-night stay, they don't tell you that you should book a 5-night stay. The grill and pool area have no water. For everything else, it's good.
