We had a great stay in Princeville. The unit was charming, especially the view of the mountains. We could walk to multiple beaches and the included beach chairs were easy to carry. While the studio does not come with a reserved parking spot, there was parking available every time we arrived. Check-in was very easy - the host sent me everything I needed a few days before the trip, and as soon as we landed I got a text that it was ready.

Our stay in Kauai was nothing short of magical, and that also included our stay. We got such an amazing price for a clean, well kept, amazing studio in Princeville. The pictures do not to the view from the balcony justice, it was absolutely incredible! You can see the lush tree tops, the mountains, the palms, and even a little bit of the bay from the balcony. Daniel was a great host—he was responsive and helpful when we needed him, and he kept us in the loop if anything was going on in the building. Also, I love it when VRBO hosts leave binders with not just the rules but tips and recommendations. He left many tips on how to eat, shop, and generally just behave as a local. Or at least a respectful tourist! Thank you Daniel and Christine for an amazing place to rest our heads in between adventures. I hope to return again to this exquisite island.

We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable throughout our time here. The view from the balcony is fantastic and really made our experience special. The accommodation had everything we needed and was very clean. We especially appreciated being able to use the beach equipment provided. We can highly recommend this place!

Perfect home base for exploring the North Shore. Walking distance to 2 beaches, easy drive to Hanalei and other adventures. Woke each morning to the delightful bird chatter. The view from the deck was stunning and was gifted with a rainbow one morning. Would have loved to stay longer.

I think it’s important to know that we would stay here again, would recommend the condo to others and when we communicated with our host, we had very quick responses.

The hosts were good. Terrific location. Clean. It rained almost the whole time we were there (North shore in February), so a bit of a downer. The bed was overly soft and a little lumpy, the carpet could be replaced, and the tub needs to be recaulked. But, when the sun was out, the view out the back is outstanding!

Wonderful place - very well maintained; clean, quiet, and equipped with everything one might need; beautiful view; ideal location within a walking distance from the beach and a major grocery; easy and fast communication with the owner. THANKS!We had an issue with noise from the AC from the unit below during the night because we didn't use the AC and kept the windows and the terrace door open. However, when we asked to turn it off after 10 pm, our neighbor kindly did that. Other guests may not even find this being an issue.

The studio is really sweet. We love this location and Daniel is very responsive and helpful. The parking can be little stressful during busier holiday times when the units fill up. Just know that you can park where there's a designated "permit" spots in the lot. We've stayed in the larger/loft studio next door in the past which is preferred. Not only is it larger, cleaner, and has all the comforts of your home, you also get your own designated parking spot. I will say though, I think this little studio has a better view from the lanai.

The unit was well equipped,clean,quiet,safe and close to the beach hiking and restaurants we wanted. Somewhat dated but small refrig,microwave, coffee maker etc. owner quickly responded to parking issue. Would definitely rent again as location perfect!

We were delighted by the view of a green belt from the unit and its lanai.The many trees meant many birds flying and singing. We could see over the treetops to the mountains, and enjoyed the colors of both sunrise and sunset. The unit is spacious for two, well appointed in island style furnishings, and is clean and comfortable. It's a short walk to a small park with sweeping ocean views. We hope to visit again next year!

Met Laura when we arrived a little early and she was so helpful. Everything was great and we loved the location. There doesn’t appear to be any parking enforcement but we did find a space each time we pulled in, despite the vehicles without tags that were definitely locals!Great sunsets from the deck.

This apartment/location was amazing! Love the patio view, quest neighborhood. Walkable to 2 amazing beaches. Gorgeous views and plants all around. Could be better..

Asked for just a little late checkout ( from 10 am to 11am) and it was refused even after many requests. Owner said that he needed the 6 hours to prepare the tiny condo to another guests. Anyway, we left at 10 but returned 10:45 to pick up a bag we forgot. I was expecting to see people cleaning the condo. Surprised to see nobody there yet. Owner missed the chance to be kind. One tip: get a hard copy of the address and directions because 4G/5G doesn’t work in the area. As for the rest, all great!

Great location! Nice, quiet place with a beautiful view from the lanai. Loved sitting out there listening to the birds. Place was clean and had everything I needed. Owners were very responsive to my inquiry about the missing parking pass. I loved being so close to the lookout and Tunnels Beach. I enjoyed my stay very much!

This is a really great location! First, we really appreciated the attention to detail and contemporary upgrades (charging stations at both sides of the bed, quality sustainable toiletries) that are often lacking in rentals. It was not hodgepodge but thoughtfully furnished and stocked. Second, we loved the location and Mountain View’s. Walking to 1Hotel’s Terrace for an early morning latte was special! This was a great value that stands above the crowd.
