Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Firearms or weaponry of any kind are strictly prohibited and will not be allowed on the premise under any circumstances.
Absolutely no glass allowed outside. Glass found in the pool requires us to drain, clean and refill the pool. Full security deposit will be charged.
ATVs, dirt bikes, or off-road vehicles of any kind are strictly prohibited.
