Located just 10 minutes from Plattsburgh, this property is conveniently situated in the middle of Burlington VT, Lake Placid NY and Montreal Quebec. These are all located within about an hours drive. Whiteface Mountain and Titus Mountain ski resorts and just about 45 minutes away, and Lake Champlain is just about a 10 minute drive. This home would be perfect for family reunions and gathering.

We always enjoy our Thanksgiving vacation at Matt’s rental. It’s so warm & roomy that everyone has their space. The game room with the hot tub, foosball table and exercise room are great. The addition of a video arcade was very exciting for the children. Everything is clean and orderly.

This property was great, spacious and well stocked with everything needed for cooking, bedding, towels. We had a large group of 18 so we loved that there was plenty of room and things to do. The large lawn and fire pit were great for outdoor games and smores in the evening. It was great to have 4 bathrooms and laundry on site. Lots to do nearby. We visited Ausable chasm and Ausable Point State Park (beautiful beach) and took the ferry to the Vermont Islands. We had a wonderful trip and our host was very helpful throughout the week!

My family (4 families total) stayed for 3 nights while visiting our daughter at college. The house was fantastic. So much room for 4 adult couples and their kids to stay.
