Extremely friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Large pool at a very comfortable temperature. Comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean, but could use some updating. Nice breakfast included.

The night receptionist went out of his way to make our check-in easy and informative. He advised us of the breakfast hours, spa hours, best parking spot related to our room location, and offered to carry our luggage.

Breakfast was great...lady in there very helpful. Stayed 4 nights and they did not clean room, replenish soap or make beds. Only came in to give us clean towels. Hot tub area very musty smelling or i would have used it more than once. Stayed here 4 yrs ago and service was much better....will not use again.

I wish I could describe this property as merely in need of an update, but instead I'd describe it as "distressed." We entered walking past two staff members flanking the entrance, smoking. The room was depressing, the carpet felt weirdly moist, the towels were threadbare ... etc. Would not recommend it to anyone who has an option.

The front desk clerk was amazing and helpful. They had a card with near by restaurants ready when I asked for recommendations. Hot tub was great, breakfast was amazing.

Don’t recommend the place is dirty, people are loud, moving in and out of the room at all hours. The person in the room across the hall left her kid in a stroller in the hallway outside her room while she packing. (Looked like she lived there) then when they were done the management left the doors open overnight to air out the room, which smelt awful.

I had a pleasant stay at the Best Western overall. The staff was friendly, check-in was smooth, and the amenities were well-kept. The room itself was comfortable and had everything I needed. The only downside was the carpet—it had a funky odor that was noticeable as soon as I walked in. Everything else about my stay was great, but I think the rooms could benefit from a deep carpet cleaning or replacement.

This was a convenient place to stay with breakfast included. Room was large with king bed and comfortable sofa and chair. Relaxing! Clean bathroom and good shower head. Two story Sí no elevator but front desk person offered to carry our bags upstairs if we needed help. Decent price - good value. Easy on and off the highway. Would stay again.
