There was a noisy car parked avout 12 feet from room on the first floor and and alarm went off. It woke me up and I told front desk abour the incident. He said he would take care if it. About 20 minutes later the noise was worse and there was a person banking on the xare window and no help from the front desk. About another minutes later the car finally left . Then on my third trip front desk decided to move me to a second floor room . That move helped me fnally.

Horrible room …. I got multiple pictures . My blanket that was on top of the bed had holes , he had blood stains and other marks . Went downstairs to complain about the issue all the front desk did was give me another blanket that wasn’t white … next day left early morning , came back in the late evening expecting for a clean room and sheets and didn’t have nothing . Went to the front desk and asked if they can clean the room and the man told me loud and clear we clean every 3 days . Which is very disgusting. Went back to the room to put the ac on and it smelled like urine . Ended up opening the ac united and seen nothing but mold . I’m so disgusted. Room was definitely not worth 330.

The front and staff the front desk staff very rude I'm talking nasty rude was about to get cussed out the toilet broke in my room and they gave my granddaughter I'm a paying customer a plunger and said to do it ourselves how dare you I'm paying good money to stay there very rude kept hanging up on me oh I would not tell a family member or friend a coworker to ever go there straight up ghetto straight up Hood not with the money that they charge at all and he's lucky that I didn't get in his face and cuss them out cuz I would have but see I'm the bigger person done and done

Terrible mold/mildew room

The room we stayed in (124), was terrible. Once we opened the door we were hit by the strong smell of mildew. The wall paper was lifting off the wall an thrre were major mold spots in the bathroom anove the showr. The only reason we tuffed it out was dur to our overtired 7 yr old, our flight got in past midnight. The smell stood on our pj's and Saturated my husband's cpap. Will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.

Staff was great, the room was nice. The AC was being some what weird in the room but we worked with it. The only thing I didn't like was the communication. I asked for a late checkout and called early the day I was leaving the hotel to make sure I still could but they didn't communicate it with the people that clean the rooms. Overall it was a great stay !

Room , carpet, curtain ….not cleaned since a long time….if you need something you need to wait about 3 days like tissue box, hair dryer etc. , I had to leave the House in the rain with wet hair..there is breakfast included, we never got Lucky to enjoy, because the Food was not refilled….no bacon, sometimes one joghurt just one……we would definitely not come back

Room was clean, plenty of parking. We did not have any bath towels to shower or a hairdryer in our room. We needed to check out before 9 am when apparently housekeeping arrives. The desk clerk could only offer us 2 small wash clothes in place of bath towels and a hairdryer replacement was not an option. The desk clerk was not very pleasant or accommodating. I would not recommend this hotel.

Our room had a very distinct smell to it, almost like cleaning solution trying to cover the smell of smoke. It was not pleasant.

Not once did they turn the sheets or offer clean towels unless I asked and even when I asked it was a 50/50 chance in us actually getting clean towels and the trash taken out. The room was never cleaned the entire week we were there. Just about every night I had to go to the lobby for trash bags and clean towels so that we could shower. I took our trash out daily. Daily I reminded the front desk that we had 5 people in the room with one trash can and 3 towels would not cut it. We had two in diapers so it was very important for the trash to be taken out daily. The staff didn’t care. The breakfast was awful. Sausage links and rubbery eggs every day. No hot sauce. No cheese. Nothing to make the crappy food easier to eat. There was 1 day in the 8 mornings we spent there where they served bacon. It crumbled to the touch. The food was awful. The lobby and the hall ways were all either closed off for “repairs” or taped up and repaired. The dryer and the lobby bathrooms were all out of order. Every single ice machine was out of order except the one on the second floor. The door keeps constantly had to be reset (I purposely kept the keys away from any phone) the external door lock pads never worked so we would have to park in the back of the parking lot and walk all around the building with two toddlers and multiple bags from our day out. It was truly just a bad experience all around.
