Bed was uncomfortable but after arriving around 11pm from a wedding, it was what it was. In the morning preparing for checkout, we started looking for something we misplaced. I was disgusted. Checked under the bed and found items/trash from a previous guest. There were hairs along the edge of the shower and the wall by the nightstand looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Staff seemed unphased when I told them upon check out, just gave the business cards for the GM & AGM...

Not my cup of tea

Guests who seem like this is their primary residence- who are living there long term. ? Maybe section 8 housing vouchers??Noisy, kids screaming. Not really a place I imagined for a 2 night stay while exploring Providence and NEWPORT Rhode Island. Although room was very clean, the check- in clerk stunk like Body Odor and cigarettes, as did elevator, and guests riding in it. Although we felt perfectly safe, it did not feel like a vacationing hotel- like extended stay Marriots or Holiday Inn for business people, but more like a long term but temporary housing facility for those less fortunate. Really unexpected.

I was assigned a room next to the elevator. So when someone stop at my floor, my bed shaking. Water flows slowly in the sink in the bathroom. I reported this issue when checking out to a gentleman. When I walked out, found my card was suddenly charged for $2. Not sure what it is for.
